SalesLoft is great for tracking prospects and touch points and not having to think about cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation that comes with SalesLoft is the best part. It gives you the next steps without having to keep track manually of where your clients are. It has opened up a lot of time and brain space for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to learn and get used to at first, but now it is easy. I wish they could do steps as opposed to days when tracking cadences because I work in sales and the success side and our success side tracks client journeys with SalesLoft and some of the steps are not based on time/days signed up or added to the cadence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we solved with Salesloft is keeping track of where clients and/or prospects are at all times in their cadences. Huge time saver for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure all employees are educated on how to use the software

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is the best tool I ve ever used for managing my prospection activities, customers calls and emails, analytics of the activities and review the reply rate of campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was some challenges on the phone number peovided by Salesloft to reach customers, I could not get a number for MENA region, and only EU number were available back then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadences in salesloft saved the sales development team in reaching high volume of customers in a very short period, automate the steps and organize every campaign in its own cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and all in one features of Salesloft makes my work day smoother and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could move multiple tasks to different days at once. The new pause feature is ok but not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way Salesloft talks to Salesforce saves so much time and effort.

Salesloft, not lofty enough for new heights

What do you like best about the product?
I did (past tense) like the twelve steps order from the first of a few emails (manual and automated), then calls and LinkedIn requests and it let me know my tasks and responsibilities that were due.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the numerous time horizon selections, you'd have to use the select button below, couldn't just click on the date e.g. 'last week' results. Limitations on the number of emails sent daily and overall number in auto mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously being able to mass target a high number of senior level contacts within predefined vertical industries, via email, phone and LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has increased my team's productivity. In my work culture, I have seen many tools for sales, but I found SalesLoft the best as it's very easy to understand and operate. It has automation rules that keep your data aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Major problem I faced is the limited trigger options in the automation rules and reports. They should improve this features. They should also improve their bot filtering process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best tool, it has helped me to reduced my manual work and improved my team productivity. The cadences helps me to keep my prospecting activity more aligned to personna. I can see my team activity in more meaningful way.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps me to keep my lead management process super smooth. The cadences part are the best, you can see your prospect engagement. It has automation rules and analytics to keep track of your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could improve on the analytics part, should provide custom report options to users. Automation rule triggers could be improved according to user needs. Rest there is no red flag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

3. Helps me to save my manual time and cost

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has Analytics, Reports, Automations Rules, and these helps to keep your data in organized manner. I liked the best in salesloft is they keep rolling new features according to user need.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should improve hot lead and bot filtering. They should provide custom trigger options in automation rules. Email sentiments could be improved. Rest everything is excellent in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track my team activity, creating proper groups and assigning the proper roles to them. Automations rules helps me to move my lead in perfect manner. The cadences are the best part, you can see when did person left your cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has been our main use of outreach and it's been good when it's good and bad when it's bad. The pause all cadence feature is welcomed,along with the customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Consistent call dropping regardless of what mic I'm using. When on calls, the inbound dialer has had many issues where I'm unable to pick up calls from business owners I've reached out to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well for outreach, the cadence data is useful when you're A/B testing subject lines and email language. However, it would be easier if they allowed for going to the old UI, aesthetically speaking.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is helpful to my team to keep in touch with the right people at the right time. I also enjoy the analytics, which are imperative when managing teams remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the new look and feel of the interface but that is not a huge deal. I also would like to have smart content where it can suggest content based on what is working well for other people and dynamically serve up options for flows based on what is working for other people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to now see the numbers more clearly to clearly define metrics for my team. I am also able to see what is working and what is not and quickly make changes when necessary.
