information. Everything is there at the touch of a button. the integration with salesforce is massive. I could really not flaw this product. Small improvements over time will make it even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything that you need infront of you! Your call log your email log and notes is so easy to access and see. It helps with planning your day and schedule your calls emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! If you want a virtual PA this is it.
I find the contact method, call notes, etc. very easy
What do you like best about the product?
Setting tasks after you have made contact with someone is very easy. Then being able to see the history of the activities in a summary (broken down by emails, phone calls, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that pinned notes could be edited easier rather than using the shift+enter. And the tasks and to-do's can get confusing. I understand that they are supposed to interface with Salesforce, but the tasks do not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipleline management has become much easier being able to see pipeline clearly on the "Deals"page. THe ability to have all of the emails logged in Salesloft is great even if they are initiated from gmail.

Cadences, the ability to set up tasks. And ability to make calls quickly

Inability to group tasks by timezone, Also tasks are automatically set for a week out

Nothing much but only one there is some lag while calling.

The activity tracking with open/reply rates. Cadences for specific personas, A/B testing capabilities, scheduled emails, etc.

Some of the integrations/connectors are finicky and have trouble reconnecting. Could just be user error

Automation of email is #1. Templates for outbounding and responding to current opportunities saves me tons of time

I don't think there is anything to dislike in salesloft but sometimes the loading time is a lot, but that happens like 1 in a 100 days

Love the automation and intent/engagement alerts. Also nice to have a single interface to look at all necessary prospect info in one place.

Inability to edit cadences after prospects are in cadence.

Scaling prospecting and gauging intent for prioritization.

SalesLoft is a great tool for integrating Services like SalesNav and ZoomInfo into one platform. Also fantastic for engagement tracking and evaluating the success of various cadences.
Great Sales Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the implementation of Salesloft. Our onboarding consultant walked us through every step of the implementation and integration with Salesforce and made sure that we were utilizing the software to the greatest potential right out of the gate.The platform layout has the perfect balance of simplicity and complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I wish that I could change is making email sentiments reportable in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Salesloft, our team was using click to dial out of Salesforce and manually logging activities on contact and account records. We had no set outbound playbooks and no visibility into what outbound activities were and weren't working. After implementing SalesLoft, our reps saw a 30% boost in outbound activity and by using cadences, we are now able to use data to see which types of outreach and what content is converting more prospects into sales opportunities.
Overall, SalesLoft is very easy to use and very powerful.

I like that it helps me to find prospects that will be a good fit for my software. It is very intelligent software. I use cadence for followups which is helping me on time followups
What do you dislike about the product?
It is kind of expensive to use for a small business like myself. It would seem less expensive for larger businesses than mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is time saving, which leads to more sales productivity (larger number of leads managed, higher number of opportunities, obviously higher ARR)
