Decent Email Tracking, But Needs Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I find the feature in Salesloft that allows me to track when people open the emails I send incredibly useful. This capability helps me gauge whether a prospect is engaging with my communication, which is crucial for my outreach strategy. Additionally, receiving notifications when a prospect responds to an email is pretty cool and ensures I stay updated on my correspondence status. The ability to log walk-ins easily thanks to the process I developed using Salesloft has made my daily tasks more efficient. The cadence feature is another aspect I appreciate, as it helps me maintain organized touchpoints with prospects. Furthermore, having a dedicated Salesloft phone number to call customers from is also significant, adding a layer of professionalism and flexibility to my sales communication. The seamless integration with Salesforce complements my workflow and supports my day-to-day operations effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Salesloft app can be a bit buggy and laggy at times, which affects its performance. Additionally, I think the data could be presented in a way that makes it easier to read and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft to track metrics like walk-ins and email interactions, which helps in monitoring activity and engagement. The feature to know when emails are opened is particularly beneficial for tracking prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has made cold calling much more efficient for me. Since I started using it, I can complete at least 20 to 30 more calls each day. All of the features are straightforward and user-friendly, so it doesn't take much time to become comfortable with the software. I also really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like. Every once and a while it can be a bit slow in loading up. But I am being very nit-picky, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team consists of around eight account executives, and we are expanding rapidly. Salesloft provides us with a platform that helps us maximize our call volume and improve our closing rate. The interface is well-organized, user-friendly, and visually appealing. As we frequently bring on new hires, the short ramp-up time makes it easy for them to get comfortable with the software and begin contributing almost immediately.

I have been using Salesloft for two years primarily for business development and maintaining communication cadences with both new and existing clients, which has been instrumental in enhancing relationships at IDS. I was introduced to Salesloft by a sales manager who had great confidence in it, and rightfully so, as it is incredibly easy to use and delivers very positive results. The integration capabilities of Salesloft are noteworthy—I use it in conjunction with ZoomInfo and Salesforce, and the seamless integration these tools allow has greatly enhanced our operations. As a nontechnical person, I found it straightforward to set up Salesloft with minimal support from IT, primarily for integrating with other packages. The ease of communication it provides is invaluable, including simple uploads from Salesforce or ZoomInfo and generating comprehensive reports that are easily digestible for both day-to-day users and executives, highlighting the simplicity and effectiveness of the metrics. I appreciate the rhythmic structure Salesloft offers, allowing me to view and manage my day effectively, whether I'm dealing with calls or emails or running concurrent Cadences. It organizes my tasks, ensuring I stay on track and promptly address responses. Ultimately, the results and simplicity of Salesloft make me confident in recommending it highly, rating it a perfect ten for recommendation likelihood.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to have a signature that is more customizable when creating a document and executing a cadence in Salesloft. It would be nice to have the capability to include more graphics easily in emails, apart from just adding them as attachments. I know that some people prefer not to have links, so having the option to create a really pristine signature with graphics would enhance the usability for me.

I use Salesloft for ease of communication and efficient integration with Salesforce and ZoomInfo, enhancing our business development and client relationship. The tool simplifies report generation, aiding daily tasks and executive decision-making.
Simple Configuration and Effective Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to set up Salesloft; it only took a couple of clicks to connect it with the CRM, and this makes it very easy to use on a daily basis to create cadences and emails. I really liked the graphical dashboards because they offer a clear and attractive visualization of the information. I enjoy the workflow it offers, as it greatly facilitates the organization and management of tasks. Additionally, each user's or client's page centralizes all the necessary information, which I find extremely useful. It also helps me automate processes and easily find contacts stored in my main CRM, which significantly speeds up my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like downloading reports and lists in Salesloft. I would like functions to be introduced to make their use easier, as well as the inclusion of artificial intelligence to create personalized responses and facilitate bulk movements of contacts.

I appreciate how easy it was to navigate and set up Salesloft, thanks to the abundance of helpful online resources and company-provided training materials that facilitated the process. It's a very handy tool for day-to-day use, making mass communications efficient by allowing me to send out mass emails and phone calls to a wide variety of people simultaneously, which saves a significant amount of time. The ability to customize different types of cadences for various purposes and products I might be selling is incredibly useful. I really like the feature that allows me to create my own cadence, assign people to these cadences, and have the system track them. Salesloft also reminds me of tasks that need attention and what's coming up next, enhancing my organizational workflow. The integration with ZoomInfo helps streamline information access, which is another aspect I value. Lastly, the capability of reaching out to numerous people across different companies and sending customized messages is a major time-saver and a critical reason for my continued use of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of functionality to delete contacts and people from my SalesLoft account. Over time, the volume of contacts in my sales environment continually grows with no method available to remove them, making it difficult to manage and organize my contact list efficiently.

I find Salesloft saves me a lot of time by allowing mass emails and calls, while customizing cadences for different products. It helps in efficiently managing communications and ensures tasks are tracked and up to date.
Keeps Me Organized, But Dialer Connection Needs Improvement

Tracking all my activities and setting reminders or tasks for follow-up helps me stay organized. It keeps me on top of my prospects.

Its interface is convenient. I use it to make client calls and I can usually see all calls in one place and go into the history at the click of a button

Overall, these aspects of Salesloft make it a highly valuable tool for my work.

I am concerned about security issues with Salesloft. Recently, there has been a security breach, and I believe that this is an area that needs urgent attention. Furthermore, I have noticed downtime issues, which are disruptive and need to be reduced. Improving the security of the firmware and addressing downtime would enhance my overall experience using the service.
