Robust Email Features, But Needs Improvement in Forecasting and Call Recording
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the email functionality in Salesloft. It's the robustness and maturity of the platform that stands out. It has a lot of the key components needed to efficiently scale email outbound efforts, making outbound tasks easier and handling the basics very well. Compared to other platforms I've used, Salesloft offers a notable depth of functionality and power.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call recording feature is really basic. The forecasting module was really buggy for us and it didn't work for us in the long term. It had too many issues, which was one of the reasons we moved away from the platform. The call recording was also underwhelming compared to solutions like Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft's email functionality is robust and best in class, making outbound email easier. However, call recording is basic, and forecasting is buggy and problematic.
Streamlined Outreach with Automation, Needs Better Call Quality
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity and workflows of Salesloft, particularly the email templates and cadences that allow my emails to be sent automatically. This means I can use marketing emails for tailored outreach without having to write all my emails myself. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and simple to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call quality is not as well as it should be. It keeps breaking up, and it'd be better if the connection was stabilized so it doesn't cut the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps in reaching customers and simplifies work with automations. I use Marketing emails for tailored outreach without writing each email myself, thanks to the email templates and automatic cadences.
Effortless Integration with Salesforce, Needs Better Call Quality
What do you like best about the product?
I used Salesloft for outbound cold calling and appreciated how it kept my leads organized and allowed me to see the full activity history of a client. It organized all my outbound efforts in one place, which was very helpful. I liked that it synced directly with Salesforce, which streamlined my data and reduced a ton of manual work, like logging call outcomes manually. The initial setup was very easy; I just needed to update my information and I was good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, call connections would drop or audio quality would suffer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft keeps my leads organized, tracks full client activity history, and syncs with Salesforce, reducing manual logging of call outcomes.
Salesloft became a fossil
What do you like best about the product?
it does what it says. Good as an SEP, however its legacy now
What do you dislike about the product?
their leadership. They fired all of their SDRs when they sell a tool built for SDRs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none, other platforms are equal or better.
Robust Outreach Tool with Minor UI Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesloft's robust capabilities. I am able to create cadences easily, organize my contacts and accounts in easily customizable pages, and keep track of my outreach. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the User Interface isn't very sleek. It looks a little dated and almost similar to Salesforce. It would be nice if there were more intuitive workflows that allow for less clicks to get to the outcome you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft to automate outreach and follow-ups with prospective partners, which helps scale outreach, organize contacts, and manage reporting. I can create cadences, customize contact organization, and track outreach easily.
Frequent Technical Issues and Support Gaps Undercut an Otherwise Easy-to-Use Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, and the conversation intelligence features help a lot. I’ve also seen good results from the prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has technical issues very often. Also, in 2026 there was a massive breach with Drift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach and prospecting in general.
Salesloft: Simple, Effective Outbound Messaging
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great tool for outbound messaging - have used it at multiple orgs
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it lacks vs some of the more 'bells and whistles' type of programs like Outreach or Gong Engage, however, the simplicity helps a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Undoubtedly Salesloft is the most efficient tool for outreaching to clients and prospects, understanding who is viewing/clicking/opening emails and who is worth spending your time on vs email going into a void
Easy-to-Use Dashboard That Keeps Prospecting and Mail Campaigns on Track
What do you like best about the product?
When your on the main dashboard, you are directed what steps are due with each individual prospect. Very easy to use and effective at mail campaigns. I have only had to contact support once and the response time was really quick, answering my query in a matter of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could incorporate more AI to maximise output and aid performance using the platform. Training sessions around how the solution is using AI for best practice with tips from top performers would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Salesloft, removing contacts from campaigns was a manual chore. The system automates this process making sure your time using the product is minimal.
Reliable for Monitoring Sales Reps, Needs Better Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the reliability of Salesloft. It helps me with monitoring outreach and calls of sales reps and gives me visibility on what the sales reps are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of AI integrations in Salesloft compared to what Gong offers a downside. Also, integrations with other tools like Glean could be improved. There were some teething issues when initially setting up and getting everyone's integrations connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft for monitoring outreach and calls of sales reps, providing visibility into their activities.
Boosts Sales Execution with Structured Cadences and CRM-Integrated Insights
What do you like best about the product?
It excels at driving consistent, high-volume sales execution through structured cadences that automate outreach across email, calls, and tasks, helping ensure no leads fall through the cracks. Its biggest strengths are boosting rep productivity with clear, day-to-day workflows, integrating tightly with CRMs like Salesforce, and providing real-time engagement insights (opens, replies, call data) that help teams prioritize the right prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is rigid and overly prescriptive, especially for teams that want more flexibility in how they run outreach or customize workflows. While it’s strong for standardizing sales activity, some users find it becomes “one-size-fits-all” and can limit creative or non-linear selling approaches. Reporting and analytics can also feel fragmented or less intuitive than expected, often requiring reliance on Salesforce or external BI tools to get a complete picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps standardize how reps and account teams actually execute on pipeline. Instead of relying on inconsistent follow-ups across bottlers, territories, or teams, Salesloft cadences enforce a repeatable rhythm for outreach.
