Easy Workspace Integration That Just Works

  • May 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for it to be easily integrated into the workspace is extremely helpful. While passkeys don't always autofill, the AI usually corrects itself when opening the widget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration of the widget UI on the same account across devices is sometimes not the clearest, but overall not a huge problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden has helped me team stay secured, adding a layer of protection of our accounts and data, relieving stress.

Open-Source, Trustworthy Password Manager with Seamless Cross-Device Sync

  • May 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Bitwarden is that it is open source and very trustworthy. It integrates smoothly across all my devices like browser, mobile, and desktop. The interface is simple and easy to use, and features like autofill and password generation work reliably
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can feel a bit basic, especially on the desktop app, and some actions are not very intuitive. Autofill is not always consistent and sometimes suggests the wrong fields or triggers at the wrong time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggled with remembering multiple passwords and often reused weak ones across accounts. Now I use Bitwarden to generate and store strong, unique passwords, which makes logins faster and more secure. It saves me a few minutes every day and reduces the risk.

Ultimate Password Manager with Cross-Platform Excellence

  • May 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden to generate and store passwords, and it helps me create unhackable passwords and remember them all in one place. I appreciate the auto-fill feature, which lets me log into sites and apps instantly across all devices. I love that it's open-source, meaning the security is transparent and constantly audited by the community, which gives me peace of mind. The Free Tier is fantastic, providing unlimited devices and passwords without any cost. Bitwarden Send is super handy for sharing encrypted text or files securely. The cross-platform compatibility is great, as it works perfectly on my phone, browser, and laptop, making access easy without any friction. Setting it up was pretty straightforward for me, and it's been handling our team's growth well with the use of shared vaults. Overall, it's been a stable and trusty choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few drawbacks: Dated UI: It’s not as "pretty" or intuitive as competitors. Mobile glitches: Autofill occasionally fails in certain apps. Learning curve: It can be a bit technical for beginners. Passkeys: Still feels slightly buggy on mobile browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to generate and store passwords, avoiding memorizing or reusing weak ones. It syncs logins across devices, auto-fills for quick logins, and provides built-in 2FA, giving me total peace of mind.

Secure and User-Friendly, Needs Autofill Improvements

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden to securely store my credentials and passwords, which helps me manage all my login information in one place. I like its strong security and ease of use, allowing me to store and generate hard passwords while accessing them on multiple devices to avoid being hacked. The initial setup was very easy, just installing the Chrome extension and the mobile app, and importing my passwords worked well too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface can be better and the autofill feature because it doesn't always work perfectly on certain websites, especially on my phone. It often says there are no saved passwords, even though there are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to securely store my credentials and passwords, manage all my login information in one place, and generate strong passwords. It increases security and ease of use across multiple devices.

Streamlined Credential Management with Bitwarden

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden to store passwords and other important credentials for the systems and platforms I use while working. I appreciate that it generates strong passwords for me and remembers them, so I don't have to remember insecure passwords. I like that the extension isn't intrusive with ads, and I can access it only when needed. I also like that you can store a variety of data and credentials, not just passwords and usernames. It's helpful for managing unique passwords for student laptops, saving the serial numbers as well as credentials for each laptop. This makes the setup process more efficient and compliant with policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, depending on how well a form is structured on a website, Bitwarden can suggest autocomplete in the wrong place. Offering to generate a strong password also, when I already have a password that I haven't added to Bitwarden yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to remember passwords. Bitwarden generates strong passwords and remembers them, and stores various data like laptop credentials, streamlining setup and maintaining policy compliance.

Highly Secure and Integrable, Perfect for Sole Traders

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bitwarden is useful even on the free tier, allowing me to use 99% of its potential without creating a payable subscription. I appreciate its good integration with browsers, which makes it more convenient to use. Plus, the feature to send sensitive data safely is also useful for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could request a master password re-prompt on a note only that's attached to the login - instead of the whole login. This would be for example to hide a recovery key behind an additional layer of security. It was pretty easy, although it did not transfer the secure notes as secure, so they were left unlocked and available to anyone if they had gained access to my open browser session. This unfortunately led to a theft on my system, but it's my fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden lets me create secure passwords for each account. It works great on the free tier and integrates well with browsers. I can send sensitive data safely, using nearly all its features without subscribing.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden to securely store and manage my passwords. It also autofills logins and generates strong passwords quickly. I like how simple and secure Bitwarden is. The sync across devices and reliable autofill work especially well. Sync lets me access passwords anywhere, and autofill logs me in instantly, both make Bitwarden fast and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Bitwarden's autofill isn't perfect on certain sites, and the interface can feel a bit basic compared to other managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to securely store and manage my passwords, avoiding forgotten passwords and reusing weak ones. It keeps everything secure in one place, saving time with autofill and syncing across devices, making it fast and convenient.

Secure Password Sharing Made Easy with Bitwarden

  • April 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy for me to create complex passwords and share them with my team. Chrome extension makes signing in to websites easier. Support answered any issues I had promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signing in to Bitwarden does add an extra step compared with simply saving passwords in Chrome, but it feels worth it because Bitwarden is more secure and makes it easy to share passwords across teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users were using the same simple password for all of their logins, which wasn’t secure in the event of a breach. We also realized that access to these systems was not always revoked when an employee was terminated. Using Bitwarden has enabled our users to set unique, complex passwords for each sign-in instead of reusing one password everywhere. We can remove a user’s access in Bitwarden, and we’re confident they won’t be able to access those systems after leaving the company because they didn’t have to memorize the passwords. Performance has been great and we like the Chrome extension integration.
