Simple, Well-Organized Vault That Streamlines Credential Sharing

    Reviewed on Jun 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The vault’s simplicity and well-organized layout make it easy to manage project credentials. Having one central place to store both complex access passwords and sensitive API tokens—and letting teammates retrieve them instantly—cuts down on daily coordination and saves our team a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension seems to require a fresh login almost every day, which can be a bit tedious when I’m trying to jump straight into work. I completely understand that being logged out every 24 hours is an important security measure to protect company data, but a slightly longer trusted session window would be more convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the risk of fragmented data and insecure communication channels when we need to share sensitive API keys and administrative logins across our engineering team. By centralizing these secrets in a clean, shared repository, we keep our project tools better organized, protect our collaborative workflows, and reduce access delays.

Practical, but with Room for Improvements

    Reviewed on Jun 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the practicality of Bitwarden in daily life, especially in generating and filling passwords. I also appreciate the 'send' function, which allows sharing information securely with my family members. I found the initial setup process very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto-fill sometimes does not detect the field correctly, and the client's auto-lock is not respecting the time set in the settings. Sometimes I have to fill in the passwords manually and unlock the client, entering the password multiple times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to remember multiple passwords and generate secure passwords. I like the convenience of generating and filling passwords automatically. The send function is useful for securely sharing information with my family.

Exposed Password Checks That Made My Passwords Feel Secure

    Reviewed on Jun 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Their fetures like checking for exposed passwords, weak and repetitive ones, been using them for a while and changed a lot of passwords since then, now i feel like most of my passwords are secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Havent found something to be disliked honestly, only thing i had a concern about was is it trusted?, but now i feel that is solved too after using it for months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is working like other password managers but it is also helping me identitfy potential risks like duplicate passwords and weak passwords on some of the platforms, bitwarden also automatically generates safe passwords for every website and that is quite helpfull for me.

OS-Agnostic, Reliable at a Great Price. Happy user here.

    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I am very much in the digital security space. Bitwarden is the password manager that I normally recommend to people because it is OS agnostic (not tied to a certain OS) and even the free version covers most things a user would need in a password manager, even the paid version is at a very reasonable price. It is an easy recommendation that can hardly go wrong. For those people that are more tech savvy, they can self host Bitwarden.

Their app interface has improved a lot since last year. They really listened to their users in their community especially in the beginning phase of the change, and took their community feedback seriously.

I like how users can integrate their email aliasing solutions with Bitwarden (such as DDG email or SL). Bitwaarden has never failed me in my years as a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times, their community mods so not explain things clearly and transparently when people bring up pain points. They say things that contradict what their documents wrote and when pointed out, they ignore what is said.

Bitwarden also has private investors that they would need to satisfy so I'm reserved as to what could happen in the future for Bitwarden to meet those expectations in the return. Not long ago they increased their price, but thankfully it is still in the reasonable range as of now.

There are also multiple times where users are signed out of their account out of the blue. No idea why, even when there wasn't an app update nor server update. This can get quite bothersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden helps me create strong passwords with it's built in password generator. It's easy to use whenever I'm creating an account on a platform as creating a new log in item. I no longer use passwords where I can remember anymore because the built in generator makes one for me on the spot and it automatically saves into the log in item.

They also have Bitwarden send which comes in handy when I need to share certain sensitive things with my colleagues in a secure way. Before this, I had to use a third party software which is questionable as to how secure and private it really is. Bitwarden is open source and 3rd party audited multiple times so that is reassuring.

Feature-Rich Free Password Manager That Delivers

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It offers all that you would need in a password manager and more, all in their free offering, which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX has always been their lowest characteristic. It's always felt very outdated, and while they have started giving it a higher priority this year, it still feels a bit outdated. A lot better than before though and you can tell that they're working towards improving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think all password managers solve the same problem. It prevents time waste by removing the need to memorize passwords, and it increases security by generating and storing really random passwords.

Ease of Use and Protection with Bitwarden

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Bitwarden and the integration both on mobile and as a browser extension. I appreciate the password generation and the level of protection it offers. I find that the speed and clarity during the initial setup are excellent. Additionally, I get along great with Bitwarden and it does everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autofill sometimes does not work correctly. When I sign up for a new account, it sometimes doesn't ask if I want to save the password in the collection. Also, in some fields, when I try to log in, it doesn't recognize them as fields and doesn't suggest the saved password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to save passwords and credentials, offering me immediacy in recalling passwords without memorizing them, and in some cases even autofill.

Secure Encrypted Sync Across Devices Brings Real Peace of Mind

    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Having one encrypted repository that automatically syncs credential updates across my workstation and mobile devices takes away my worry about password vulnerabilities or getting locked out, especially during busy project handoffs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface feels a little basic and plain, especially compared with slicker consumer-facing options. I also run into occasional minor hiccups where the autofill prompt doesn’t trigger reliably on highly customized web forms or intranet portals, which sometimes means I have to open the extension panel manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It successfully eliminates the risky practice of people relying on repeated passwords or unencrypted local spreadsheets to manage portal details across multiple platforms. It provides a centralized system that securely generates complex keys and enables controlled access,
