Great app for work and family, a must have.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI has improved a lot over the years. It’s very easy to use, and saving passwords is straightforward through the browser or the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see support for bulk editing passwords, along with easier options to delete items and move them to other containers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to remember passwords for a lot, and I mean a lot, of sites, and it gets overwhelming. It really helps that I can store them in one place and also share a password with my spouse when we both need access.

Intuitive and Powerful Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to self-host Bitwarden, which offers great flexibility. I also appreciate the capability of the application and clients across multiple platforms and device types, making it versatile to use. The user interface is modern and intuitive, and the application itself performs efficiently. The SSH agent and the ability to store SSH keys work really well for me, as it streamlines the process of managing SSH keys. Additionally, the setup was easy using the provided shell script.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an enterprise perspective, as the application administrator, I wish I had more control over the authentication options for our users when signing into using SSO. If I configure SSO I would like to be able to remove other authentication options to avoid confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to securely manage, share, and store corporate and personal credentials as well as manage SSH keys, streamlining the cumbersome process involved.
Straightforward... does what it says it does.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, allows teams to use a shared vault. Fairly straightforward setup for our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you haven't signed into the web extension, the request to open Bitwarden can cover the login box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the head of the Information Security team, I know that the vaults are secure for our end users.
Stellar Security, Enterprise ready but still adding features to make life better!
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden has been pretty stellar with the security and documentation. The extension and Autofill work well. Collections make shared accounts with MFA trivial for multiple folks to use. Sam and bitwarden have made updates and issues pretty painless. Bitwarden seems to be adding enterprise features that are sorely needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still looks like they are building out the enterprise features. There is a lack of attributes to sync to from our IDP, making pairing existing users difficult. Website extension vault does not sync as regularly as I would like. Seems to be around once a day if not triggered manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management and shared access to sites that require MFA or multiple users to login to the same account.
Effortless Password Management, Top-Notch Security
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden for its ease of use and convenient admin portal, which is logically structured, allowing quick access to members and devices, and it provides insightful information about usage. I appreciate the policies you can enforce for users, ensuring data leakage protection by preventing employees from exporting work-related passwords. The help with adoption from Bitwarden's team is also valuable, and the addition of new features keeps the platform improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to set custom icons for each entry in your vault. Also, it would benefit from having more flexibility when it comes to integration with IDPs. For example, I wish I could turn off the trusted devices feature and leave only the SSO feature on, because we do device compliance checks upon SSO request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden for securely storing passwords and sensitive information, avoiding insecure storage. It streamlines data leakage protection with enforced policies. I appreciate the well-structured admin portal for quick access and usage insights, making it easy to manage and adopt.
