Solid Community Support, Premium Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Apify helps keep scrapers updated and maintained, which is a huge relief because scrapers are very hard to upkeep. I appreciate that the community upholds and updates scrapers consistently. I also find it great that we can connect Apify to N8N to create larger workflows and use it as modules. The initial setup of Apify was very simple, making it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is VERY expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Apify because scrapers are very hard to upkeep, and Apify manages that for us.
Fast, Secure, and Comprehensive Data Scraping Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Apify is fast and secure, which I really appreciate. It's an interactive platform that lets me understand things easily and gather data and information all in one place. It feels like a one-stop shop for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should be easier for beginners to understand how Apify works, maybe with a video trial to help them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify is fast and secure, providing an interactive platform to easily access all my data in one place. It's a one-stop shop for my real estate information needs.
Affordable, High-Performing Instagram Reels APIs on Apify
What do you like best about the product?
I was searching for an API for Instagram Reels. Those are quite hard to find, and if you find them you need enterprise contracts with expensive pricing. On Apify, there are a lot of different providers for Instagram APIs and I found 2 good ones which have very good pricing (per usage, not monthly!) and good performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For each data source, there is a lot of possible APIs. For Instagram at least 5 or even 10. This means, you have to spend some time trying them out, looking what data they give you, how the performance and cost is. But once you find something, it works quite well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to extract recipes from Instagram Reels captions. Without an external API like by Apify it would be impossible to solve this problem, because Instagram does not provide an API for this use case.
Easy-to-Follow API Guidance That Simplifies Getting Started
What do you like best about the product?
The facility and explains about how to use the APIs.
Another thing is very usefull all the APIs in the playstore

The connecction with third parte services. We use n8n to automate our workflows
Effortless Data Scraping with Apify
What do you like best about the product?
I find Apify easy to use and very quick for scraping thousands of records. The free trial for most of the apps is very helpful for me. The initial setup was super easy and simple, only took a few apps to try to finally find the product that's been working perfectly for us. I would rate it a 10 and have been recommending it to friends and colleagues already.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some of the Apps don't work as marketed. App developers should only advertise what they are offering, nothing fancy which their apps is not capable of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Apify for bulk data scrapping from LinkedIn and Indeed, which makes my outreach process efficient. It's easy to use and quickly scrapes thousands of records.
Limited Accuracy, Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I found the initial setup of Apify to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The same answers came up for 3 different names I searched for. And none of the accounts were real.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Apify for searching accounts linked to my email.
Fast Idea-to-Data Scraping with Apify’s Ready-Made Actors
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Apify is how quickly I can go from idea to actual data. For things like Google Maps scraping, I don’t need to build a crawler from scratch, I can just use an existing actor, set my search keywords and locations, and start getting results in minutes.
The platform handles things like proxies, browser automation, and blocking much better than most DIY setups. I also like that the data comes out clean in JSON, CSV, or Excel, which makes it easy to use in my own tools and dashboards. Overall it saves a lot of engineering time compared to running and maintaining my own scrapers.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like is that the pricing can become expensive when you run scrapers at scale, especially for data-heavy sources like Google Maps where a lot of proxy and compute usage is required. If you’re running large jobs or frequent crawls, the costs add up quickly.
I also found that some actors can fail or return partial data when Google changes something, so you sometimes have to rerun jobs or tweak settings. It’s not a deal breaker, but it does mean you still need to monitor runs instead of treating it as completely hands-off.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify solves the problem of getting structured data from websites that are hard to scrape, like Google Maps, without having to build and maintain a complex scraping infrastructure. Instead of dealing with proxies, headless browsers, CAPTCHA handling, and site changes myself, I can rely on Apify’s actors to handle most of that.
This benefits me because I can focus on using the data instead of spending time fixing broken scrapers. For example, when collecting business listings and contact details from Google Maps, I can run jobs on Apify and quickly get clean datasets that I can use for lead generation, market research, or price and location analysis.

Ease in Automation and Surreal Scalability
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating and scaling automations with the actors from the Apify community, who help a lot. They have many ready-made solutions that work quite well, which is great because I'm not stuck on a task forever. I also liked that the transition from homemade scripts to Apify happened because of many actors, due to the simple maintenance and the incredible scalability. Moreover, I found the setup process quick and relatively simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the doc is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Apify to automate the collection and organization of data, making these tasks quick and effective.
Effortlessly Build Scrapers with Apify
What do you like best about the product?
I like Apify because it's super easy to use and I don't need to learn a new system. It's pretty straightforward with the guidance I get from ChatGPT. It's also great that I don't need to be a developer to use the scrapers that others have built, which saves me a lot of time, energy, and money. I also value the direct connections Apify has with platforms like Google and Instagram for scraping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the communication going back and forth to the developer can be a bit tricky. I don't always know how to switch between different models, and it sometimes breaks the chain in n8n. Also, through the API, I can't switch the model because it only does it inside the tool as, like, a one-off. If I have a bunch of things I need scraped, I don't know how to switch the models, and there's no real way to do it without contacting the original developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Apify to build scrapers without being a developer, which saves me a ton of time, energy, and money.
Fast, User-Friendly Powerhouse for Web Scraping
What do you like best about the product?
I find Apify to be fast and its user interface is better than other extensions, being not too complex and yet one of the most powerful tools I know. The issue section where people discuss problems is useful, as well as the proxy section and cloud storage. The UI is friendly and easy to navigate, making the initial setup hassle-free. I've experienced consistently good performance over different extensions like Instagram, Google Maps, and Reddit, and I'm looking forward to using it with TikTok, hoping for the same positive feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally haven't faced any issues with Apify, but I've overheard some issues regarding the API integration and its management. Managing a large number of actor runs through the API can become complex, especially when handling datasets and post-run cleanup. I think there could be improvements in API documentation, clearer examples for lifecycle management, and better tooling for monitoring API-triggered runs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Apify to extract information not available on the web's front end, like downloading Instagram posts and tracking Amazon product history. It's fast, user-friendly, and has powerful features for web scraping across platforms.
