I find Apify easily accessible, which really adds to its usability. I also appreciate their API and the availability of agents logs, as they are important for troubleshooting. The initial setup of Apify was easy for my team, which made getting started hassle-free.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Apify for real estate and lead data scraping. Apify is really good at scaling my project with low cost. There are many actors that I can choose from, and they are very cost-friendly. I find the quality of the data reasonable compared to its cost. It provides developer-friendly CLI and endpoints, so I can integrate it into my project with no sweat. Apify offers more scrapers than BrightData and is also cheaper for our data requirements. As a developer, I found setting up Apify quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it was a good experience for me but a few things worth pointing out. Actors have filtering options and fields in their runs but some of them are not working as expected. Of course, we can do additional filtering after generation, but if this works, then that will be helpful.

I use Apify for real estate and lead data scraping, and it efficiently scales my data processing with low cost.

The credit-based pricing system can be somewhat difficult to predict for complex, large-scale crawls, which makes budgeting a bit of a challenge. Additionally, while the platform is incredibly powerful, the sheer number of features creates a steep learning curve for non-technical team members who just need to download a simple dataset.

I use Apify to get LinkedIn posts, which helps save time and allows me to focus on more important things. I appreciate its ease of use and the variety of different scrapers it offers, especially because I can set it up easily with my cursor. I like all the different Apify scrapers, mainly using the LinkedIn post scraper to summarize insights from the people I'm interested in.

Sometimes the actors are not maintained, there's bugs, and they're kind of expensive.

User-Friendly Actor Forms Make Technical Work Easy and the data I've recieved is accurate and useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user friendly. These are very technical tools that would ordinarily require JSON coding, but the actor forms make it easy for the rest of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the actors work like they say they will, and I haven't found an effective method up finding leads through Google Scrapes then enriching those leads with better contact data, but I probably just haven't found the right tool yet.

It's finding me companies with real world, real time data if you know what and where to look.
