Excellent Research Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service, User-friendly for people of all experience levels, Student/research friendly pricing plans
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that I would change about Apify. Small bugs are addressed swiftly after reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify has supercharged my data collection process for research, and I could not be more grateful for its custoemr service which assisted me quickly when I ran into a scraping issue early on.

Powerful Web Scraping Software That Can Scale
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility and power behind the Apify platform. It has everything you need to build customized web scrapers that work on even the most complicated websites. Support is excellent, with the team always on hand to answer any queries and great help site documentation. Unlike a lot of other tools, the developer environment is outstanding, with a marketplace full of pre-built web scrapers being developed all the time. Finally, for really large web scraping jobs, Apify has all the tools you need for handling these jobs (proxies, API support etc) that make it stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the only drawback with Apify would be the initial learning curve with the system. If the site you're scraping isn't too popular and there isn't a pre-made web scraper in the marketplace, you'll need to write one yourself, which requires coding know-how. In a funny way, this was actually good in the end as I taught myself to code them fairly quickly and learned a new skill along the way. I would just factor this in if you're non-technical - talk to the team at Apify and see if there can point you to someone who can support you or look up their library of pre-built web scrapers to see if the site is supported.

Apify automates data collection which I use for sales & marketing campaigns and market research on behalf of my clients

Talk to the team at Apify and see if it meets your needs, I've used many different web scraping tools, and I keep coming back to Apify for its power and flexibility.

The effectivity. Apify does the scraping exactly as I expected. After adding automation to the mix, I managed to save a lot of time.

The user interface is well designed and it's always improving making my life easier. If I want personalized or custom solutions, I have many options. The platform is very flexible and provides many ways to interact with the data it provides.

I cannot think of one reason to dislike Apify

I am automatic web scrapers for many different websites that require complex features and proxy rotation. Apify provide me this as a ready to use solution so I don't have to waste time reinventing the wheel.

Collecting data and automating tasks for the customers, so they gain valuable insights, time, and money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you try some actors from the Apify Store to get familiar with the workflow. Then you can develop the actors (serverless apps) that handle your requirements, or you can request them from the Apify Marketplace.
