Very upset, I was a good customer ($500+monthly).Cannot delete actors not needed, maxed out my acct!

There are essential super-helpful actors , now I lost access to them!

No support (don't include Discord as "support")
These unneeded actors max out my account. There are only 1 or 2 actors that have a delete or remove option.

Apify has several actors I urgently need, there is a bug in the actor screen UI where you cannot remove actors not needed, but end up billed for them,

Apify is an incredible platform. There are so many apps available to help you achieve almost anything. I use Apify in tangent with automation software’s. It’s also beginner friendly too.

The runs can be costly. If you have several actors, it can really tick up the bill as well

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Apify is how quickly you can go from idea to working data extraction. The platform makes it super easy to build, test, and schedule scrapers without needing to manage infrastructure. I also really appreciate the marketplace of prebuilt actors — many common scraping needs are already covered, saving tons of time. The combination of proxy support, scheduling, and clear usage tracking gives you a lot of control and flexibility, especially for recurring jobs. For someone with a developer background, it strikes a great balance between ease of use and powerful customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Apify is that handling complex websites with strong anti-bot protections (like CAPTCHA, Cloudflare, or dynamic loading behind login walls) can get tricky and sometimes unreliable. While it’s possible to script around these using Puppeteer or Playwright, it requires a deeper level of technical effort and trial-and-error. Also, the pricing can add up quickly if you’re running high-volume tasks or using residential proxies. It would be great to see more tools or guidance for overcoming advanced bot defenses and optimizing resource usage for more cost-effective runs.

I’ve been using Apify to extract structured data from various partner websites, and it’s been a great experience. The platform is user-friendly and makes it easy to configure data scraping workflows. I really like the ability to schedule tasks, use proxy rotation, and monitor costs per run. It’s powerful and efficient.

Pricing, I feel that especially the Apify agents are quite expensive i.e. 35$/month for rent + usage..
