What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Apify extensively in automation workflows built on Make.com and n8n, primarily to gather information, generate leads, and scrape data from a variety of platforms. The experience has been seamless from day one.

What sets Apify apart is how easy it is to use — from the intuitive interface to the well-structured, detailed documentation, everything feels thoughtfully designed. I’ve never encountered issues with any of the actors. The platform is fast, reliable, and the actor store is impressively robust, covering almost any use case you can imagine.

From a business perspective, the impact has been substantial. Apify has allowed us to build outreach campaigns faster, cut down the time needed to collect contact details, and most importantly, we've reduced data acquisition costs by over 70%.

Whether you're an automation engineer or a business handling large volumes of data, Apify is a powerful ally. It's especially effective for social media scraping, lead generation, and scaling outreach workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Apify extensively to power parts of my lead generation engine, and it’s become a core tool in my tech stack.

What makes Apify stand out is how easy it is to go from idea to production. Whether you’re scraping websites, automating data collection, or building scalable agents, Apify makes the process incredibly smooth. The actor system is flexible, reliable, and well-documented — perfect for both technical users and no-code workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Apify handles complex, JavaScript-heavy sites with ease thanks to its headless browser support and robust scheduling features. The marketplace of prebuilt actors saved me time on standard tasks, and the ability to automate daily runs and push results to Google Sheets or APIs made it easy to integrate with our workflows. Proxy rotation and the flexibility to write fully custom scraping logic in Node.js really help when dealing with more challenging targets, making it a reliable choice for serious data collection projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, Apify can be quite expensive at scale if you're running many scrapes or need residential proxies. There's also a steep learning curve for building custom actors, as it requires solid JavaScript knowledge. Some of the marketplace actors can be outdated or break if the target site's structure changes, so you need to monitor and maintain your scrapers regularly. Better low-code options and native integrations with more CRMs or BI tools would make it even more accessible for non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify helps us automate data extraction and lead mining from complex, JavaScript-heavy websites that would be impossible to handle manually. It saves significant time and reduces errors by running scheduled scrapes and pushing clean data to our internal dashboards. This enables our team to focus on analysis and outreach instead of tedious copy-paste work, improving efficiency and scaling our lead generation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Apify! It's the best scraping tool I know. No more tedious manual contact research on the internet. I am grateful that Apify exists. The price-performance ratio is right. I use Apify in n8n workflows - works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, you have to check carefully which scraper you use and how expensive it is. It may happen that you choose an expansive scraper inside Apify even if there are others doing the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me scraping websites and retrieving contacts and other information. It is worth the money spent.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that they are willing to listen and help the community. Apify found a way to connect devs and customers with specific needs, in ahelping them solve their problems with, most of the times, a fair price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some actors require you to subscribe to a paid plan, otherwise they cap the results you get from each run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is basically being a core part of my business. I run a digital agency, and without Apify Lead Generation would be 10x harder. Also, I use Apify in some of my clients automations.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about apify is it's usability and the fact that it is cheap compared to other tools that are available, apify also allows user to customize their preferecnes through their platform which works great in our favour!
What do you dislike about the product?
Apify could improve it's UI and make it less complicated mking it easier for users to navigate through the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify solves many problems such as mass scraping blockers, helps with data extraction through well knows sites, helps with proxy, helps to prevent blocking itself.
