Apify is an amazing product. Apify is really helping me in my career coaching industry and its very useful for me because it helps me to extract the job information from the websites. And I really loved this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Apify simplified the back-end data acquisition for our project and accelerated the project launch process. The residential proxy service is also nice, providing a good option if we want to write crawler code ourselves. Additionally, the initial setup of Apify was easy for us.

Sometimes, the actor can't fetch the data. It is recommended to contact the original author more conveniently.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, there is very little to dislike. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be making some advanced configuration and debugging workflows slightly more intuitive for new users. While the platform is extremely powerful, beginners may need a short learning curve to fully unlock its potential.

What do you like best about the product?
Apify is an incredibly powerful platform for web scraping and browser automation. The ready-made actors in the marketplace save enormous amounts of development time — I can scrape complex websites in minutes without writing custom code from scratch. The ability to schedule actors, chain them together in workflows, and export data directly to various integrations like Google Sheets or webhooks makes it a complete data extraction solution. The proxy management is also top-notch, handling IP rotation seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams or individual developers who are just getting started. The learning curve for building custom actors from scratch is also somewhat steep if you're not familiar with Node.js or Python. It would be great to see more affordable entry-level plans and more no-code actor building options for non-technical users.

I like that Apify provides various automations to enrich lists from multiple tools like IG and LinkedIn. The flexibility it offers is something I truly appreciate, and I've been tinkering with Claude CoWork alongside it. Apify is a very solid foundation for my lead generation setup, and I can't do it without Apify. The initial setup was very easy, which was great.

A few months ago all the Apollo automations stopped working, and I wasn't really ready for that. A warning or timely alternative would've been highly appreciated.

Very very easy to use, subscriber in a heartbeat. Most of the apps available you may need to explore a bit, but generally you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for and it will get the job done.

For someone building a AI agentic business for other businesses that's a significant shortcut. The UI is not super complicated to use, the API integration is easy to find and implement, their hosting servers have plenty power to handle huge data outputs.

The pricing model is confusing - compute units, platform fees, Actor rental fees all layered on top of each other, hard to predict costs before you run something. Free tier is quite limited, you hit the ceiling fast when experimenting.

Finding leads and market research. Apify helps me to get leads for my start up business. it was my first time to go out and find leads for my own business and Apify was the first platform I came across that provided the tools I needed to do that and the knowledge as well.

What I like best about Apify is that it makes scrapers feel like real products, not just bits of code. It gives me a practical way to build, deploy, manage, and even sell scrapers in one place. I also like that it scales well as projects grow, so it works both for development and for running scrapers more seriously long term.

What I dislike most is that there can be a bit of a learning curve, especially when you move from writing a scraper to fully packaging it as an Actor with clean inputs, outputs, and store-ready setup. Debugging can also take time on more complex scrapers. It is powerful, but not always the most beginner-friendly at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify solves the problem of taking scrapers from just code to something I can actually deploy, manage, and offer as a usable product. For me, that means less time spent on infrastructure and manual setup, and more time focused on building good scrapers. The biggest benefit is that it helps me run things in a more scalable, organized way while also making it easier to turn scrapers into something I can sell.

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I use it to create lists of potential clients from Google Maps. For this, the process is very simple; just follow the step-by-step instructions and you can get clients from an entire city in a matter of seconds for a super affordable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the updates, important functionalities can be lost. For example, in the scraper, it used to be possible to omit the first "X" results, which allowed scraping a city in different batches: the first with 150 clients, the second you would omit the first 150 and scrape the next ones, but now it is no longer possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I already mentioned, I use Apify for a specific function which is the Google scraper. In my case, it solves the problem of searching for clients on Google Maps one by one. With Apify, I can collect all the clients from a city or a specific site in just a few minutes. This saves me a huge amount of time.
