Great Tool for Automating Review Collection Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Apify makes it simple to scrape and organize reviews from multiple platforms like Tripadvisor, Google Maps, and LinkedIn. The ready-made actors save a lot of setup time, and scheduling tasks is very easy. Once set up, everything runs in the background reliably, and the data comes out clean in JSON or CSV formats, which makes it effortless to plug into our reporting and dashboards. For us, it has turned a slow, manual process into something fully automated and scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge is that when websites update their layout, the actors can break and need adjustments. For simple use cases, it’s fine, but if you need more advanced customization, it can feel a bit technical if you’re not a developer. Pricing can also be a little tricky to estimate when usage scales up quickly. These aren’t deal-breakers, but they are areas where the experience could be improved.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the developer plan is great value, pricing could still be more competitive for higher usage tiers as our needs scale. Additionally, I'd love to see more native LLM-based integrations for data processing and extraction. Having built-in AI capabilities for tasks like content summarization, sentiment analysis, or intelligent data parsing would eliminate the need for additional third-party services and create a more streamlined workflow from data collection to insights.

Apify allows me to access services that require real IP addresses and APIs, making integration with my existing products seamless. The platform’s API is straightforward, and the overall integration process is smooth and user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to be a coder or be good with python to know how to scrape data. They have trained agents that takes care of that, and all I need to do is give it specific inputs to get the data I need from various social media platforms. I also like that I can integrate with other platforms like google drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some of the ReadMe are not detailed enough, especially for users who do not code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a creator, using Apify's social media web scraping agents, I've been able to solve the problem of not knowing what my target audience are interested in. As a data analyst, I've been able to nullify the stress that comes with getting real data.
