What I like the most in Apify is its diverse options and features for web scraping tools, including those created by other users and customized by you. So far, I have only used majority of Facebook posts scraper tools, and I can say that they have been highly effective and well-aligned to my needs. Additionally, this software is beginner-friendly. Anyone can easily grasp the fundamentals of scraping through this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of Apify is its runtime reliability. Whenever I try to scrape a large amount of data, sometimes it fails to do an accurate work and only scrape a few posts. This might be due to the limits of a free account. Additionally, this runtime errors still consumes credit, which makes the free trial credit quota deplete faster than expected.

Apify helps solve the challenge of extracting structured data from dynamic websites without requiring deep technical expertise. For me, it streamlines the process of collecting large volumes of Facebook post data for research and benchmarking purposes. I am a freelancer. I have built a TON of programs for clients and it relies heavily on APIFY actor. i even am thinking of making my own actor literally.
I mostly use it in automated stuff that contains IP and bot detection which makes it 100% safe for me to do whatever scraping process i want.

I wish I knew about them earlier!! Apify is AWESOME. I'm convinced every app uses this to pull analytics.

It can be a bit time consuming to sort through the data, but I am planning to build it out further and vibe code it into a nice looking UX.

They are making it easy to scrap websites for data! This is helpful for me because I manage 50+ TikTok creators a month and have to review over 1000 videos per month. Apify helps me by pulling the analytics across TikTok profiles and individual URL links.

It's usability and learning curve is pretty satisfying. I used the linkedin posts scraper and google maps scraper and they worked amazing.

Many crucial actors are too expensive. I also didn't like the fact that they didn't warn me that the month would be ending and I still had 20$ of prepaid usage left.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a ton of actors to use. New pricing is much easier to understand and forecast. New MCP is pretty slick.

Sometimes there seems to be 5 actors that do the same thing and it's hard to decide which to use so you end up testing a few before you decide.

Analyzing a ton of YT channels to determine if the content aligns with my client's target audience. Another system I built uses it to quickly enrich data cheaper and faster than Clay.
