What do you like best about the product?
They offer a marketplace featuring a wide variety of actors, each with ratings and documentation. The interface is user-friendly, making it simple to interact with and select the actors that best fit your needs. Apify has become essential for my business operations and for delivering automation solutions to my clients at Fernanz.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish that certain actors or APIs were more affordable, though I understand that this isn't Apify's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This marketplace offers a wide range of options and is straightforward to use. It integrates seamlessly with n8n and Sim.ai, making it simple to connect your credentials and set up. Installing and using API calls is also easy, which adds to the overall convenience.
Reliable web data engine for lead mining and automation
What do you like best about the product?
Apify gives me a reliable “web data layer” without having to run my own scraping infrastructure. Actors handle proxies, captchas, and scheduling, and I just wire the JSON into Make, CRMs, or databases. It is flexible enough for custom use cases but still easy to manage day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for non-technical users, especially around actors and datasets. When you manage many actors, the UI can feel a bit crowded and I wish there were stronger built-in dashboards and alerting. None of these are deal breakers, but they are areas that could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify solves the “reliable web data” problem for me. I need fresh leads and market data from many different sites, and doing that with custom scripts was fragile and time consuming. With Apify, I run actors on a schedule, push clean data into Make and my CRM, and trigger downstream workflows automatically. It has cut a lot of manual copy paste, reduced broken scrapers, and made it easier to launch new data driven services for clients.
Apify is basically upwork instead of freelancers they have actors ( freelancers < actors )
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can get a lot of features for pennies and you are the person in control even tho you are using someone else product of course that is how most rental workflows goes but you really have the option to go in their and fix or modify an actor based on your preference.

Honestly, it is difficult to name a 'least liked' aspect of Apify, as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Perhaps an even wider variety of ready-to-use 'Actors' could be a small suggestion, though the current library is already extensive. The platform performs its core functions—reliability, speed, and ease of setup—flawlessly. I have no significant complaints about its features or performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Apify is it can be easily integrated into my automation workflows. I totally like everything regarding the scraping because personally going and scraping everything takes too much time and their scrapers are good to go for getting everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that is coming in my mind. Probably I would say for $40 or their starter plan has $40. They provide $40 in credit. If that could be increased to $50 or something like that, it would be amazing. But yeah absolutely their product is recommended
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify solved my biggest problem of lead scraping. For that earlier I used to go on expensive sites like Apollo which was too expensive for getting the same amount of lead that Apify is able to give in a fraction of the cost. Also I don't have to verify those leads so I totally like this platform.
