What do you like best about the product?
I needed a reliable way to grab LinkedIn data for sales prospecting and monitoring job listings. Apify's pre-built actors made setup surprisingly painless, just plug in your parameters and go. The pricing model works well for my use case since I only pay for what I actually use. Most importantly, it just works. I've had consistent results without babysitting the runs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big feedback at all for disliking. Everything was pretty straight forward to setup after reading the readme's, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped me efficiently grab data from LinkedIn that you can't easily get elsewhere.

I also really like how easy it is to integrate Apify with other tools using APIs and webhooks. Scheduling, monitoring runs, and working with structured datasets saves a lot of time and removes the need to maintain custom infrastructure. Overall, it feels like a mature, production-ready platform.

The main downside is the learning curve at the beginning. New users may need some time to understand core concepts like actors, datasets, and usage-based pricing. The interface is powerful but can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the number of available features.
That said, once you get familiar with the platform and documentation, these issues become much less noticeable and do not block everyday use.

This is an excellent platform for data scraping, catering to everyone from beginners to experienced users. The pricing is very reasonable considering the quality and amount of information you receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate having more specialized scrapers tailored to specific websites, though I realize this depends on developer involvement. It would be great to see more developers join the platform. Additionally, I find the pricing structures somewhat confusing at times, which can result in unexpected charges.

I want to run my application locally without any problems, but right now the tab where I write the code for launching is working a little slowly on the website.

I’m missing a few features in some actors, but that’s not Apify’s fault — it depends on the users who build them. Overall, I don’t really see any downsides.

Apify definitely gives me access to API data files, which by itself isn’t something that’s commonly available. As for the benefits, it has automated my work — before, I had to search and collect everything manually.
