What do you like best about the product?
I love Apify because it offers a lot of variety and is incredibly intuitive. I also really appreciate how it allows me to integrate with tools like Make.com and my outreach platform, Snov.io, seamlessly. It's cheaper and faster than doing things manually, which makes lead generation a breeze. I find the setup super easy, and it's so fast that it takes my mind off the whole lead-finding process. Plus, I recommend it all the time!

I find it complicated for new users, with different pricing models and actors, making it very hard to learn how it works. The initial setup was hard as well. It would be better if they simplified the subscription and UX.

I really like the interface and the unique and attractive design of Apify, which makes the user experience not boring. Additionally, Apify facilitates integration into the applications I create, such as SIMRS, because the process is simple and there are many actor options. I appreciate that there are no serious issues due to the easy integration and the availability of many actors. I like it because everything is done quickly, no hassle—I just choose an actor, set the parameters, and it's done. The initial setup is also very easy, no need for coding, no need for Docker, and no need for a proxy server, everything is very simple. Apify is also quick in providing responses, which is one of the reasons why my team switched to Apify.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error logs are often too technical, making it somewhat difficult to check why the error occurred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Apify for easy integration in my application, with diverse actors. Apify makes integration simpler and faster without requiring much technical configuration.

It makes scraping texts and information from websites easy, saving a lot of time by eliminating worries about using proxies and solving captchas. I really like the already available huge list of Apify actors in the marketplace because it saves me a lot of time and generally I find the actor I am looking for. The initial setup was very easy; I simply used an actor available in the marketplace. Luckily, we used Apify first without needing to look for alternatives.

Apify could improve its free tier by giving monthly credits instead of just limiting to the $5 you get initially.

Apify makes it easy to scrape data from websites, saving time on building tools without worrying about proxies and captchas. The marketplace offers a huge list of actors, saving time as I usually find the actor I need.

It allows me to automate scraping and data extraction from almost any website, even those without APIs, and then turn that raw information into structured, usable data. I also appreciate being able to scale my workflows without having to constantly monitor them, which saves me a lot of time. The documentation and the community are both helpful, so I rarely feel stuck when I’m building or refining new tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside for me is that there’s a learning curve, especially for users without a technical background. Some tasks require familiarity with JavaScript or logic flows to get the most out of the platform. I’d also like to see even more beginner‑friendly templates and guides to make it easier for new users to jump in quickly.
