Efficient Client Management, Needs UI Enhancement

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to map our admission process with Agentforce Sales. I like that it offers simple reports for all categories and allows for custom report creation, which helps us map the leads to application ratio for our college effectively. Additionally, I appreciate the cost factor and its ease of initial setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could improve the UI part as most other CRMs are quite easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it easy to map our admission process and track leads to application ratios. I appreciate the simple and custom reports that streamline our operations.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Agentforce Sales is how it brings the entire sales lifecycle into one unified, highly customizable platform. From lead management and opportunity tracking to forecasting and reporting, everything lives in a single system making it much easier to maintain visibility and alignment across teams.
Another major strength is its powerful automation and AI capabilities (especially through Salesforce Einstein), which help prioritize leads, suggest next best actions, and improve pipeline accuracy. This not only saves time but also enables more data-driven decision-making.
Finally, its scalability and integration ecosystem are hard to beat. Whether you're a small team or a large enterprise, it adapts easily and connects seamlessly with other tools, making it a long-term solution rather than something you outgrow quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
while it’s a powerful CRM, it’s not always plug-and-play, it requires investment in time, expertise, and budget to truly get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the chaos of managing sales manually or across disconnected tools and benefits me by improving efficiency, visibility, and decision-making, which directly leads to better sales outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to generate customizable reports and dashboards that allow us to monitor activity and optimize operations across the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to review and audit customized objects and available fields in a single view can be difficult, when pulling information for multiple objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our organization keep track of incoming marketing leads, view a unified profile for customers and prospects, and report on the overall success of marketing initiatives, an all in a single system.

What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce Sales offers incredible scalability and customization. It grows with our business needs, and the robust analytics give us a clear, real-time view of our entire sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is incredibly powerful, but it comes with a steep learning curve for new users. Setting up advanced workflows can be complex and often requires a dedicated admin to manage effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with time-consuming manual tasks. Agentforce Sales automates our follow-ups and data entry, which lets our sales reps spend more time talking to prospects and less time on administrative work.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce keeps everything in one place. It makes it much easier to track leads, deals, follow-ups, and overall pipeline without jumping between different tools. I also like the reporting and visibility it gives, especially when you need to see where things are moving and where they are getting stuck. When it is set up well, it is really helpful for staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes it can feel heavy and more complicated than it needs to be. The UI is not always very intuitive, and simple things can sometimes take too many clicks. It also feels like a tool that works best only after a lot of setup, so if the implementation is not clean, the day-to-day experience can get frustrating fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps solve the problem of keeping sales work organized. Without a tool like this, it is easy to lose track of leads, follow-ups, deal stages, and customer history. It benefits me by giving one place to manage all of that, so it is easier to see what is moving, what needs attention, and where the pipeline stands. That saves time, improves visibility, and makes follow-ups and reporting much more manageable.

The seamless integration with existing Salesforce data ensures that the AI's actions are always grounded in accurate, real-time customer context.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the potential is high, the primary challenge is the initial complexity of configuration. Setting up autonomous agents requires very high-quality, clean data in the Data Cloud to avoid 'hallucinations' or incorrect customer interactions. Additionally, the transition from manual workflows to autonomous ones requires significant oversight and testing to ensure the AI aligns perfectly with specific brand voices, which can be time-consuming for smaller teams.
