What do you like best about the product?
I like the different stages in Agentforce Sales and how everything is well organized and easy to use. It really makes the job easier for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are lags in the data, and a delay when there is a connection with other extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it organizes our data, aids in forecasting, and simplifies seeing results. The well-organized stages make it easy to use and make my job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I will be using Agentforce Sales for managing lead, Opportunity and customer interaction and it has made our sales process much more organized. What I like most how everything is available in one place so i don't have to switch between different tool. The dashboard give clear view of the sales pipeline and automation features save a lot of time by handling repetitive task like follow up and record update.
Another thing I appreciate how customizable the platform. We are able to tailor fields, report and workflow to match our business process without much difficulty. The reporting feature also help us track team performance and identify opportunity that need attention. Overall it has improved collaboration within our sales team and made day by day work more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall experience has positive there are few area that could be improved. The platform has a learning curve especially for new users who are not familiar with salesforce. Some advanced require additional configuration or technical knowledge which can take time to understand. The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many option available. It would be helpful if there more built onboarding guides and simpler setup for common business use cases. Once everything is configured however the platform work very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Agentforce Sales it was difficult to keep track lead customer conversation and follow up activities. Important opportunities were sometime missed because information was scattered across different tool. With Agentforce Sales everything is managed in one place making it much easier to monitor the sales pipeline and customer interaction. The automation feature have reduced manual work and the dashboard provide clear visibility into team performance. As a result I spend less time on administrative task and more time focusing on customer and closing opportunity. Overall is has improved productivity collaboration and efficiency of our sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Agentforce Sales for the lead-to-order process. It seamlessly simplifies sales pipelines and creates visibility and easy management reporting. What I like most is how it works flawlessly with the out-of-the-box Salesforce reports and dashboards to show sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the quote process wasn’t as easy to implement as the lead and opportunity parts.","I found it becomes easier if you first establish your business processes rather than jumping straight into technical solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like Agentforce Sales to reduce its dependency on high-quality data. Poor CRM data can still affect the AI output quality. I'd also like better integration simplicity, especially with non-Salesforce tools, and less dependency on complex middleware.

The best favourable point Agentforce Sales seems interesting is a big step towards efficiency, mostly because of the advanced autonomous AI infrastructure employed. The solution goes beyond simple automation, as it integrates intelligent agents into the process and it allows for automatic account analysis and context aware messages with no human input required.
From the architectural point of view, the improved user interface and integrations with external applications such as Slack allow for seamless interaction, eliminates the issue of data silos and performance lags. The tool successfully eliminates administrative burdens and speeds up the process of sells. Also, the forecasting algorithm provides accurat forecasts and has a strong relation with ROI. Finally, the software works well in converting the data in CRM to action oriented pipeline managment.

The setup of the Agentforce guardrails in order to make the AI communicate in the exact way is quite taking bit efforts by admin team.
Licensing fees and the cost of additional functionalities related to the advanced AI could be quite high as making ROI tougher to justify in initial stages.

The major bottleneck which we faced was too much of administrative stuff that our sales representatives had to do manually such as entering emails into the system, changing pipelin status, and conducting research on prospects prior to calling them. Agentforce Sales has fully solved this challenge since now it has provided us with autonomous assistance.
Thus, the embedded AI agents conduct research on inbound leads and create very context specific follow up emails based on our historical CRM data. Instead of preparing during the first two hours of work in the morning, I just log into the dashboard and see all prepared tasks waiting for me. Thanks to Agentforce, our workflow has really changed since now the AI does all data entry and preliminary work for our team, which helps us save 5 to 6 hours per week per representative.

What do you dislike about the product?
From a UI/UX perspective, some end users can feel overwhelmed when there are too many fields, related lists, buttons, and automation-driven messages on the page. The experience is very configurable, which is a strength, but it also means the implementation team has to invest time in simplifying the interface for each role.
Integrations are another area where the setup can require significant effort. Salesforce connects very well with other systems, but depending on the external platform, the integration can involve custom APIs, middleware, field mapping, error handling, and ongoing monitoring. This can increase the total cost and timeline of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most about agentforce Sales is how it makes more centralice everything, so the teams can manages leads, accounts, opps, and activities. Also, I like de UI and integrations that now more and more with MCP improve the client experience and possibilities. Also, the onboarding and training to unsderstand how to use it is very organized.

What i dislike the most about agentforce sales is that the platform cna become complex quickly once you move beyond the standard CRM setup and start adapting it to real business processes.
For AI and Agentforce specifically, i think the biggest challenge is performance and consistency. The AI capabilities are valuable and promising, especially because they are connected to Salesforce data and business processes, but in some cases the experience does not feel as fast or accurate as others Ai providers that are more specialized in conversational AI or coding assitance.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM feature helps us eliminate the need to go through tedious spreadsheets with lots of filtered views. Being able to assign leads to the respective sales reps makes managing the list much easier and less time-consuming. Each rep can also maintain their own list and tasks, clearly organized and well defined.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI feels rigid and the overall design is fairly unintuitive. Also, when there are issues with data import, errors aren’t clearly indicated, which makes it hard to understand what went wrong. They could have made the experience much more intuitive.

Leads management and leads nurturing were time consuming on our regular spreadsheet. The Agentforce Sales helped in eliminating this tedious process by miles. Now, we can directly move the leads in the sales cycle and also directly reach out the leads right from the system
