What do you like best about the product?
Keeps the entire sales process organized with next steps and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes too much info on certain pages and can get overwhelming sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its keeping all data relevant to the particular opportunity all in one place. There really is not a need fopr external platforms because it holds all info in SF cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud allows me to monitor my deals easily and quickly. It is very user friendly and has so much functionality surrounding reporting, tracking, and prospecting. I think every sales team should be using this tool. I have seen great results and have been able to exceed quota while using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has so much functionality and capabilities that I am not sure how to implement into my workflow. The thing I dislike about the platform is that not everything has the best description. It would be nice to have a tutorial that shows off all of the tools features and functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track all my open opportunities and categorize them in different stages is the main benefit. It also integrates well with tools like Outreach and Zoominfo making prospecting much quicker. We are able to pull reports from Looker whil ebeing in the opportunity page of Salesforce. Has been the most important tool in my day-day.

What do you like best about the product?
Its kanban boards and sales path.Cutomizable real time reports and dashboards.Its process builder and workflow rules streamline the sales cycle.Salesforce mobile app allows to access CRM from anywhere.It provides accurate AI based sales forecasts.It has a feature called chatterwhich allows to share updates within salesforce quickly.I have been regularly using this tool for past 5 years for my day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about this tool but salesforce is cosidered expensive so pricing can be an issue for small companies.While salesforce is highly customizable, extensive modification require experienced developer.Sometimes its slow while loading the dashboards or reports particularly when there is a significant data volume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The vast range of features and customization options can make salesforce a little difficult for new users which often need formal training or experienced admin.But this complexity translates into flexibility and scalability. Once mastered users gain access to advanced tools like automation,analytics and AI which improve the productivity in long run.

What do you like best about the product?
Using it since long and that too on a daily basis. If you are facing any issues, most likely you are not aware of anything, you have their wonderful customer support who are their to help you. Salesforce comes u with multiple features and easy integration with any other application.

Implementing salesforce is also an easy task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the costing and lack of awareness about the products and its licenses to the customers can be the reason of its dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my lead to nurture and making the deals closed won.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce integrates seamlessly with a variety of third-party tools, enhancing its overall functionality. The lead management and conversion process is particularly efficient, enabling the creation of opportunities with just a few clicks.

The platform provides multiple customization and automation options, including the ability to create custom fields and objects (to track specific business processes in Salesforce), as well as workflows and flows that streamline operations.

Out-of-the-box reporting is user-friendly, allowing most users to be self-sufficient. However, while the reporting capabilities are straightforward, advanced reporting features require additional licensing for full functionality.

Collaboration is facilitated through easy file sharing and Salesforce Chatter, which enhances team communication.

Another valuable feature is the ability to track the history of changes made to specific fields, providing a clear audit trail.

Lastly, Salesforce is highly scalable and suitable for businesses of all sizes, offering flexibility to grow with the organization’s needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost per license and custommer support. We have found that cases are typically handled by Tier 1 support. However, resolving issues with them is tiem consumming or ineffective

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting & Dashboards feature is one of the best in SFSC. SFSC has a Salesforce authenticator feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
SFSC has so many feature. It is very hard to use all. Need some customization as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SFSC is the best CRM in the market now. We can include all the data's and say goodbye to the Excel & PPT. All the internal reports & performance evaluation can be done in the SFSC.
