What do you like best about the product?
The clean interface and efficient logging of activity along with the seamless integration with Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dark mode. I mean, in terms of the theme. The white at an extended period of time is stressful on the eyes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central database and a best source of truth for my organisation. If its not on Salesforce, it didnt happen!

The color blue lol, I don't know, it seems very basic to me, otherwise everything's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact and invoices for clients, that makes my work much easier

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to track leads, mange opportunities and get a clear view of sales pipelines, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can feel a bit complex at a first and some features take time to learn or customize properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me to stay organized by keeping all customer data, interaction , and sales activities in one place. This makes it easier to close deals faster and focus on the right deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Salesforce is easy to use and I can take care of all of my customers needs on salesforce. I use salesforce all day everyday and do not have to worry about it crashing. It partners with SAP very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options to collaborate with team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to communicate with my customers at anytime and it tracks daily emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with a click of a button I can log communication and meetings to help keep me organized and meet my KPI's

there are glitches sometimes and I cannot link to account.

Helps me meet KPIs and gives management transparency on interactions with clients

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best location-based intelligence tools in the market. It is so easy to use and simple to implement. I use it frequently on a weekly basis. It has some great features like data visualization, sales route optimization, heat maps, etc. They do provide good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using it and liking it a lot. I have nothing to dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live tracking and scheduling of customers has become easy and efficient, saving me a lot of time and effort. Heat maps have helped immensely to identify regions with untapped sales potential. It has enhanced our yearly sales numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to track all leads, accounts, and opportunities in one place. I like that it gives a clear view of the sales pipeline and helps in managing customer interactions. The dashboards and reports are also useful to understand progress quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a little complicated with too many features, and it can take time to learn everything. The speed can also be slow at times, especially when there is a lot of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep all customer information, deals, and activities organized in one place. I don’t have to depend on multiple tools or manual tracking anymore. This saves time, reduces errors, and makes it easier to follow up with customers and close deals faster.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to have AI Agents to react quicker, and more efficiently to inbound prospecting requests. I like that we can customize it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit easier to use. Not everything is in the place you might anticipate it being in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track inbound/outbound efforts on the dashboard, and use it for coaching/training purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
You can add all the information, is easy to find everything, is my daily tool for work, and I used with everything I do on a daily basis

Some features could be in better places, so it could be more intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
It connects smoothly with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and external apps, making it easy to orchestrate customer journeys end-to-end.
The platform allows tailoring objects, workflows, and dashboards to different business needs without losing control.
Having a single source of truth for leads, opportunities, and accounts makes alignment between marketing and sales much easier.
Sales Cloud provides solid workflow automation (tasks, approvals, alerts) that reduce manual work and speed up follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration and maintenance often require heavy admin support or external consultants, which slows down agility.
Cost: Licensing and add-ons get expensive quickly, especially for large teams.
The interface can feel overwhelming for sales reps; without strong enablement, adoption tends to lag.
While flexible, out-of-the-box reports aren’t always enough; advanced insights often require additional BI tools.
