What I don't like about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that the platform, although very comprehensive, can be a bit complex for simple day-to-day activities. Some functions require many clicks or long paths to reach the desired action, which can impact work agility. Additionally, the initial learning curve is relatively steep, so it can be challenging for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping to centralize and organize all customer and opportunity information in one place. This makes it easier to track the sales funnel, prioritize leads, and automate repetitive tasks. For me, the biggest benefit is having more visibility into each stage of the sales process and being able to make data-driven decisions, which increases my productivity and improves customer relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and helps a lot to keep a track on my leads, emails and opportunities. Learning curve during my initial days is also very minimal. Another best part is integration with other tools that we have in side the organization. Highly customizable dashboards for better better tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires Admins help, even for small changes. Support response can be slightly slower during peak hours.

Unified customer view, pipeline visibility, process automation, cross team collaboration and scalability with our sales team.

There is nothing I dislike about the system itself, as every company can customize it to their needs. What I don't like is when an organization doesn't know how to properly use SFDC.
