While powerful, it can be overwhelming. I have some simpler needs and I won't use all the features.

Everything you need is available in one place, which makes things so much easier. The integrations that SFDC offers are truly impressive. Thanks to this, we've gained significant visibility and can now manage a unified process from leads, through opportunities, all the way to closing deals.

There are not many things to dislike and i have not found anything that has been a bother.

I appreciate how easy it is to manage deals and allocate accounts. I also like that I can create my own opportunity and deal reports, which really helps me improve my forecasting.

I really like how customizable it is. You can tailor almost everything workflows, fields, reports, and dashboards to match your business process. The automation tools like Flows and Process Builder save a lot of time, and the real-time insights through reports help in better decision-making.

The setup can be a bit overwhelming at first because of the number of features. It takes time to fully understand and configure everything properly, especially for beginners. But once you get used to it, it becomes very powerful.
