It allows to keep all leads, accounts and sales data in one place nicely organized and easy to use. Now also there is an AI part to help with what is needed.

The user interface seems to look quite dated, but it has all the necessary features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep all the relevant data and info easily reachable. Important stuff cannot be missed if using Agentforce Sales.

I like that it forces you to think in systems, not just hustle harder.

It can feel like overkill fast, too many fields, clicks, and setup just to do simple things.
I don’t like how it forces rigidity early, before you even know your real sales process.
And unless it’s cleaned up constantly, it turns into a bloated mess people avoid using.

It solves the chaos of scattered leads, deals, and follow-ups by putting everything in one place you can actually track.
That means you stop dropping opportunities and start seeing where deals are won or lost.

Most common limitation is steep learning curve for any newbies. And it feels like need significant training and time to master the workflows.

Some of the key areas I would recommend: Intelligent automation, efficient productivity, accurate forecasting based on available data, CRM integration as a single source, and personalization.

The complexity of using the tools requires sufficient training and a higher cost compared to other tools. The implementation is also not that easy, with limited AI functionality, sometimes performance issues, and difficult to maintain.

The centralized ecosystem to manage all types of lead and customer data at one place. It also offers highly effective integrations with other systems such as Jira, BigQuery, and almost every other system that is required to run the business.

The UI is a bit difficult to navigate through. Support services can be improved as well.

We manage our entire customer and user database on Salesforce. We also utilize other Salesforce products, such as Service Cloud and Agentforce, etc., which enable us to manage every aspect of the customer journey within a single platform.

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is that it genuinely takes a lot of the boring, repetitive work off my plate. Tasks like updating data and keeping track of follow-ups don’t feel like such a headache anymore.
I also appreciate having everything in one place, because it makes a real difference day to day. I don’t have to jump between different tools just to see what’s happening with a lead or a deal. The insights are helpful as well, and they give me a clearer idea of what to do next. Overall, it makes the sales process feel much more manageable and a lot less messy.

What I don’t like as much is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, so it takes time to understand how everything works, and the setup isn’t always straightforward.
It can also get expensive as you add more features or users, which might not suit smaller teams. Another downside is that the interface can feel cluttered at times, so finding what you need isn’t always quick or easy.

I love the comprehensiveness of it and how streamlined it is having everything centered in one place is extremely convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive and steep learning curve especially for administrators. Additionally, customization can be complex and I also believe the performance in speed with the amount of users can be slow at times, but for the most part, it’s not an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management centralized in one place is the problem sales cloud solves for us. Again, the streamlined nature of it putting everything in one place is exemplary and I don’t believe there’s much argument that salesforce is the industry Maverick and leader and I think they carry that flag well and offer the best product on the market.
