What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud very easy to set up, thanks to having a knowledgeable Salesforce expert. The platform solves inventory problems and keeps my team informed about inventory and quotas, which is crucial for our operations. I appreciate the wide range of features and apps that aid our daily processes. The ease of use is remarkable, and I find it a crucial factor for considering future purchases. Additionally, I integrated Jira successfully, which supports our help desk and networking needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to onboard my employees in Salesforce Sales Cloud as the process could be simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves inventory issues and keeps employees informed by integrating with our inventory and quotas.

It has been my CRM of choice across my career because, when out of the box, it is simple. All accessibility to app exchange has been great

The ability to customize and to be able to get Client information at your fingertips

Sometimes it’s not as dynamic as we would want it to be

The ability to seamlessly connect our customers with our sales team in order to get them information that they need right away. The confirmation provides a sense of comfort, knowing that it’s been done the right way.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe both the administrative side and user side provides the best interface and most flexibility in customization for our organizations use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting on activities with task and events differences has always been cumbersome. Lead reporting and campaigns influences are difficult as well.

At our company, users appreciate how quickly they can learn to use Salesforce. The adoption curve is very short, which helps us accelerate our sales process.
