Great Customization and Onboarding, Needs Better Omni-Channel Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
How to streamlines the process of onboarding new leads and converting to account, contact and opportunity, I have customised it to create other 5 imp objects and lots of customisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the product and the level of customisation, there can be more detailed explanation on how can we use omni channel to route leads and related records for further onboarding.

Making life easier with easy onboarding and needs less customisation.

I appreciate being able to view the pipeline, customize the representative view, and enjoy the overall ease of use.

At the moment, I have no concerns or issues to mention. I am satisfied with everything in Sales Cloud.

We transitioned from a proprietary CRM, which caused us significant challenges with data visibility and maintaining clean records. It was difficult to get a clear picture of our pipeline and to understand what our team was excelling at.
Great Customization and Automation, but Pricey for Small Businesses

The platform offers a wide range of customization and automation options. I also find its lead and opportunity management features to be quite effective.

Bit expensive for small businesses, and steep learning curve
