What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setting up Salesforce Maps; it was straightforward for me. I find the integration with other systems beneficial, enhancing our operations. I appreciate the 'ping to drop' functionality which allows me to create cases directly from the map. The native connection to Salesforce is a significant advantage for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will make it a better integration with other systems like GIS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Maps helps with integration to our systems, allowing seamless case creation from maps.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its ability to centralize all customer information and sales activities in a single location. This makes it very effective for tracking leads, managing opportunities, and gaining a clear view of the entire sales pipeline. Additionally, the dashboards and automation tools help me stay organized and support making informed, data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find challenging about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can seem quite complex initially, particularly because of the extensive customization options available. Certain tasks involve several steps, and the interface may feel overwhelming to those who are new to the platform. Additionally, I have noticed that it often runs more slowly when processing large volumes of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines sales management by centralizing all customer data, leads, and opportunities in a single platform. This addresses the challenge of scattered information and the need for manual tracking, making it much simpler to manage relationships, forecast sales, and enhance both efficiency and collaboration among teams.
