What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud brings complete visibility into our sales pipeline and customer relationships. The dashboards and reports make it easy to track performance, forecast results, and identify bottlenecks in real time. The integration with Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud provides a 360º view of each customer, helping the team close deals faster and improve collaboration between marketing, sales, and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and customization can be complex, especially for companies without technical expertise. Some configurations require developer support, and the licensing model can become costly as the team scales. Despite that, once the system is properly implemented, the benefits largely outweigh the challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud centralizes all our customer and opportunity data in one place, eliminating disconnected spreadsheets and manual reporting. It helps us track leads from first contact to closed deal, giving full visibility into the sales funnel and improving forecast accuracy. Automation of tasks like follow-ups, deal progression, and approvals saves our team hours every week. With better data and real-time insights, we’ve increased conversion rates, improved collaboration between marketing and sales, and made our decision-making much faster and data-driven.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us in our organization to organize leads, opportunities, and accounts, while automating tasks and providing visibility into the sales pipeline. This enables better forecasting and prioritization of the sales team’s efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful, it can feel overly complex and rigid for fast-moving teams, customization often requires specialized knowledge, and the user experience isn’t always intuitive for non-technical users. Integrations can also become heavy, which impacts agility and time-to-value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps centralize and structure our entire sales process from lead capture to deal closure. It solves visibility gaps across channels, reduces manual tracking, and improves collaboration between marketing and sales. For us, the main benefit is having a single source of truth for opportunities and lead qualification, which makes it easier to prioritize, measure conversion, and design automations that increase efficiency.
