Some default fields that remain in the layout and cannot be removed

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve problems related to customer management, sales tracking, and workflow efficiency.
It centralizes customer data, automates repetitive tasks, and provides real-time insights through reports and dashboards. This helps sales teams stay organized, close deals faster, and make data-driven decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud incredibly valuable for empowering our sales team with easy access to sales order details for customers. The software's setup was very easy, which was a particular relief. It effectively solves our needs by allowing the sales team to access order data and service customers promptly. Additionally, the capability of tracking sales for customers is highly useful in managing our business needs efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more next best actions based on customer purchases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to provide our sales team with access to order data, improving customer service and team efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool allows you to manage the progress of your opportunities, keep track of activities, organize your close plan, and outline the next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it takes several clicks to complete a task. However, Agentforce for Sales and Slak offer useful alternatives that make entering information easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to manage the progress of my team's opportunities. It helps me keep track of how each opportunity is advancing and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its intuitive interface and powerful tools for efficient sales management. It’s an indispensable tool for boosting productivity and strengthening customer relationships!

One thing I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel overwhelming for new users due to its extensive features. Additionally, customization and setup can be time-consuming without expert assistance.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve lead management, pipeline visibility, and sales tracking challenges. It benefits me by providing a centralized platform to manage customer data, track opportunities, and make data-driven decisions, which improves efficiency and boosts sales performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me organize and track every stage of the sales process in one place. It’s intuitive, fast, and makes it easy to see where each opportunity stands at any moment.

I also appreciate the powerful reporting and automation features. They save time, improve collaboration across teams, and help me focus more on building strong customer relationships rather than manual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can feel a bit overwhelming for new users, especially with so many features and settings to explore. The learning curve can be steep at first, which makes initial adoption take some time.

I also think that some customization options and integrations could be simpler to configure. While it’s powerful, setting everything up exactly the way you want can require technical support or extra training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me centralize all customer and sales data in one platform, making it easier to manage leads, track opportunities, and forecast revenue accurately. It gives me a clear view of the entire sales pipeline at any time.

It also improves team collaboration and communication, allowing everyone to stay aligned on goals and progress. This has made our sales process faster, more organized, and ultimately more successful.
