What do you like best about the product?
It seems that any data-related problem we face can be resolved. No matter the challenge, there always appears to be a solution available when it comes to handling data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can at times be prohibitive, especially when taking into account the amount of money that has already been spent.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it centralizes the entire sales process and provides full visibility of the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very powerful but can feel complex at the beginning, especially for new users who are not familiar with CRM systems.

Streamlined Sales Management with Powerful Features

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud simplifies managing my business's opportunities and leads. Transitioning from the classic to the lightning experience was effortless, which I found very user-friendly. I also find the opportunity management, pipeline inspection, and Einstein scoring features incredibly useful in streamlining our work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the cost of Einstein CRM licenses very expensive, which leads us to use Power BI instead. Additionally, I would prefer better reporting and analytic capabilities to be generally available, including improvements in territory and account planning, as well as features like heat maps, for more comprehensive insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage business opportunities, leads, account management, and quoting, streamlining these processes effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its ability to centralize all customer and sales information in one platform, providing a complete 360° view of each opportunity.

The main downside is that customization and configuration can be complex without proper training or technical support.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Salesforce Sales Cloud for service sales and marketing. It has significantly improved our ability to understand customers, providing a unified view across territories. The opportunity pipeline inspector is particularly useful. I appreciate the new intuitive feed features and AI components that enhance usability and propel our business forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to set up Salesforce Sales Cloud initially because I had no training and was working with an already established organization. Making modifications to it was challenging, particularly from an administrative standpoint. Sometimes the platform can be confusing and overwhelming due to the multitude of communications, which makes it difficult to determine and focus on the most critical information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud solves our customer understanding issues, unifying account views across territories, which previously depended on individual Excel sheets.
