Increased efficiency in everyday tasks, improved accuracy, better data integrity, advanced audit trails, better user experience and fewer clicks and steps

That the survey features has such limited capabilities without the meed for add on licenses

I find the Sales Cloud invaluable for managing sales efficiently, allowing our users and sellers seamless access to customer data in one convenient place. The easy setup using an approved partner was a plus. I particularly appreciate the user-friendly interface and essential features like high-velocity sales cadences, email templates, and reminders that boost productivity. The setup effectively solves our issues, demonstrating its reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find expanding memory, data storage, and managing licenses with Sales Cloud challenging. Making this process easier would significantly improve the user experience.

I also value the detailed complementary information for sales and interactions with customers and partners. The implementation process, although challenging, becomes easier with the right partners. The centralization of data is a crucial solution that the system offers, standing out among other options. Furthermore, I trust in the robustness and solid construction of the solution, which makes it indispensable for my daily work.

There is also a steep learning curve, as it takes considerable training and time to become proficient and make full use of all the platform's capabilities.
