It helps with sales planning and coaching

It’s great tool but it does require data to be present to be most useful

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having a 360-degree view of customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing contacts becomes challenging when a customer transitions to a new company. It can be difficult to keep track of their updated information and ensure that communication remains seamless during the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate being able to have complete visibility when someone is out of the office.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to customize sales cloud for the needs of our business and learning more about the agent force capabilities is going to provide even more opportunities for us
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, there really isn’t much that I dislike other than when we run into issues or problems and there’s no solution in the community
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping us to be better aligned across divisions. It allows for cross-selling and it also allows us to better manage long-term customer relationships.

KPI and ROI reporting and visibility are great

The limitations of Path. I had to use a screen flow to accomplish user requirements

We are moving from a much less robust CRM. Sales Cloud is going to increase visibility and forecasting

360° view of every customer, with all touchpoints — leads, opportunities, interactions, and activities — in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
While flexibility is great, too much customization (by different admins or consultants over time) can lead to a cluttered org, duplicate fields, and technical debt that’s hard to clean up
