Great Platform Structure, But Low Adoption Due to Underdevelopment

The platform is structured in a way that helps our sales team effectively manage their business.

This is mostly due to our staff not developing it to the best it can offer- low adoption rates

In my experience, what stands out is how Sales Cloud simplifies collaboration between sales and service teams, ensuring everyone works from the same customer data. It saves a lot of time and avoids duplication of effort.

Configurability and the ability to customize the UX can be a challenge

Flexible and Easy to Use, But Lacks Sales Journey Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Salesforce Sales Cloud is, offering a lot of capabilities out of the box. It's easy to use and navigate, which makes a significant difference in user adoption. The territory management is particularly useful, as it allows different sales reps to manage the assigned territories efficiently. I also find the ease of integration with MuleSoft beneficial. Setting it up was easy and updates are generally quick, enhancing my overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Salesforce Sales Cloud could benefit from more built-in features that visualize the sales journey of a customer. It currently lacks a straightforward way to see where a customer is in the sales process with actionable recommendations to move them forward. This feature would be great if it was readily available out-of-the-box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for managing accounts, contacts, and opportunities, and it streamlines territory management, allowing sales reps to access assigned accounts efficiently.
