What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how it shifts from a static database to a proactive "teammate" that handles the grunt work. The autonomous agents can research leads, draft follow-ups, and update deal stages on their own, letting you focus on the actual conversation. It finally makes the CRM feel like a tool that works for you rather than a chore you have to feed with data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest frustration is the "complexity tax"—setting up the autonomous agents to actually be useful requires a massive amount of clean data and back-end configuration. If your existing data is messy, the AI produces unreliable results, making the initial rollout feel like an uphill battle. It can also be incredibly expensive, as the high licensing costs for these advanced features often put them out of reach for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It primarily solves the problem of stagnant data and administrative burnout. Instead of a rep wasting hours manually logging calls or researching leads, the platform uses autonomous agents to qualify prospects and prep "cheat sheets" for meetings.

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is how it centralises the entire sales process into one platform, making it much easier to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships in a structured way. The reporting and dashboard functionality is particularly valuable, as it provides clear visibility into pipeline performance and helps drive data-led decisions. I also find the automation features really useful for reducing manual admin, allowing more time to focus on high-value sales activities. Overall, it’s a scalable and highly customisable solution that adapts well to different sales processes and business needs.

One of the main drawbacks is that the platform can feel quite complex and overwhelming, especially for new users or teams without dedicated Salesforce support. Customisation is powerful, but it often requires significant time, expertise, or admin resource to implement and maintain effectively. The user interface can also feel cluttered at times, which can slow down day-to-day tasks. Additionally, reporting, while robust, isn’t always as intuitive as it could be and can require extra configuration to get the exact insights needed. I like being able to navigate large projects across my multifunctional teams, and it makes it easier to stay aligned as we work together.

I found that it wasn’t particularly user-friendly, and it had a noticeably steeper learning curve than we’re used to.

Reps spend too much time on admin work and not enough time selling, so Agentforce Sales really helps eliminate that extra burden that can put dents in margins.

For new users, can be little overwhelming. Customising it requires more time and effort. Also in reports, formulas are complicated to put

The graphics are great! It’s really easy to read the graphs and clearly see my personal growth, both with my own goals and with our group goals over time.

It can be difficult to find what I am looking for immediately, sometimes I have to go tab to tab to find exactly what I want.

I like having everything in one place, without needing to jump between multiple places or even multiple screens just to complete a task. The workflow is straightforward and easy to use.

Overall it's a strong platform but it can feel a bit complex and overwhelming at times especially for new users. Also, faster performance and easier customization without heavy dependency on admins would make it even better.

I can not only complete tasks for the job I’m to complete but I can communicate to other team members when those tasks are completed.

I can’t find anything that I dislike about the application.
