Salesforce Sales Cloud helps our Sales Team access Customer data and leads easily in one cloud based site.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud empowers customers by providing the tools they need to succeed throughout their journey. From identifying opportunities to winning deals and managing account information, it supports every step of the process. Its capabilities make it possible to handle all aspects required for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, if the data quality is not maintained, it can disrupt the entire sales process we are trying to manage. Keeping the data accurate and organized is quite a challenging task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are addressing is related to our sales process. As a company focused on selling, we face the challenge of synchronizing multiple sales instances that we currently operate. Integrating these instances and ensuring smooth data flow between them is a complex task, and it is something we are actively working on at the moment.
Boosts Growth with Salesforce, but Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for enabling a comprehensive customer view, which allows agents to access all necessary customer information easily. This feature helps in efficiently solving calls and selecting the right products as customer requirements evolve over time. The customer 360 view is particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it complex to integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud with other technologies, particularly with billing systems. Additionally, Salesforce doesn't provide prebuilt integration to other vendors like billing, which is a limitation for me. Furthermore, the price of Salesforce Sales Cloud is quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud aggregates customer data into a single view, allowing agents to seamlessly access information and better serve customers. It aids in selecting suitable products as customer needs evolve.

I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud connects me with my customers and helps in managing them effectively. I've also found the opportunity model to be an incredibly useful feature. Furthermore, I believe that Salesforce offers great value for the price paid.
