The platform allows me to keep all my customers and leads organized in one place, which is very convenient. I also appreciate the quality of the reporting features, as they provide useful insights. Additionally, targeting is straightforward and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user license is quite expensive, making it too costly for countries in Southeast Asia.

Consolidate all leads. Easier to view customer’s purchases and past records. Generates quotation easily

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me track my company's sales information every month efficiently. It presents company and customer information in a very clear way. I appreciate its ability to track personal sales clearly and value the overall customer satisfaction it provides. I also like that nothing is difficult to use within the platform, which enhances my experience significantly.
