What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Sales Cloud allows for the creation of specific workflows for my clients' businesses, reflecting their fundamental differences. I appreciate the ability to qualify opportunities with clear vision and quickly track them, which improves efficiency and results. The setup process was simple, allowing us to accelerate implementation efficiently. Additionally, the artificial intelligence and new features, such as AgentForce Vipes, are highly appealing for reducing development times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are configuration issues that are complicated for us with Salesforce Sales Cloud. We would need more flexibility in the list screens and also in some other areas that have limitations. The user interface is another aspect that could be improved, as it is important for customers; sometimes they request more information on the screens and it is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to quickly track opportunities, generate and qualify them efficiently, with a clear view of the forecast and estimation of monthly results.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a highly stable and flexible solution. It enables us to build robust processes, controls, and governance for our Growth operations, leading to greater efficiency and sustainable company growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no native functionality yet for distributing leads and opportunities to SDR and Sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud has been instrumental in providing comprehensive visibility into the acquisition data across Afya's undergraduate and continuing education operations. This enhanced visibility directly translates into strategic insights and actionable plans, ultimately facilitating the achievement of key objectives and fostering sustained revenue growth.

All features are too good, and I like Opportunity and object creation feature with Agentforce

Sales cloud is solving a lot of problems like customer profit criteria, and opportunities gathering, and for increasing the ROI of my business it's really important

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud empowers customers by providing the tools they need to succeed throughout their journey. From identifying opportunities to winning deals and managing account information, it supports every step of the process. Its capabilities make it possible to handle all aspects required for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, if the data quality is not maintained, it can disrupt the entire sales process we are trying to manage. Keeping the data accurate and organized is quite a challenging task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are addressing is related to our sales process. As a company focused on selling, we face the challenge of synchronizing multiple sales instances that we currently operate. Integrating these instances and ensuring smooth data flow between them is a complex task, and it is something we are actively working on at the moment.
