Great Structure and Features, but Mobile Version Needs Improvement

I appreciate the structure and the data model, as well as the out-of-the-box functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version feels outdated and serves mainly as a data repository, rather than being designed for actual processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent processes and centralized data.
Great Kanban Views, but Frustrating Mandatory Features

Kanban views are great to manage opportunities

I find it frustrating that certain native features, such as the probability percentage shift, are unavoidable and cannot be disabled.

This tool allows us to monitor our pipeline in a more organized and consistent manner.

I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for making the sales process smoother, especially in terms of opportunity management. It's great for managing sales pipelines, and its integration capabilities with both internal and external apps are impressive. Despite some challenging features, the setup was fairly straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I value Salesforce Sales Cloud for its configurability and ease of use, which made it an appealing choice over other vendors. Its ability to enhance team collaboration and facilitate quicker deal closures is beneficial. The three-sixty view of customer data provides comprehensive insights into our operations. Additionally, the quick out-of-the-box setup with an easy-to-understand process makes it a reliable and efficient tool for our business.

I would say better integration with Slack.
