What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce provide good platform to connect with customer and businesses. So we can manage customer, lead and cases with one place in Salesforce sales cloud. Helpful for customer
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very complicated to understand flow of object and field with relationship in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Salesforce we solve custom problem and standard. Created new field and object to relationship with the same. Created report and dashboard.

The integration capabilities and the ability to customize. Platform is extensible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform is very flexible and extensive. But this can get really complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have a central repository of our client data.

Know your data and know your sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Bringing everything into one place for the entire company on the commercial side. Allowing us to gain a single source of information. I've not encountered other services though.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its UI could look a little better or at least allow us to edit it better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its collating all the sales related activity and allowing us to better forecast

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing in sales cloud is most useful and efficient cloud and provides 360 degree view so it increases productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
Functional limitations of the Unlimited edition include the inability to create more than 2000 custom objects, 800 custom fields per object, 200 report types, and 500 validation rules.

Sales Cloud Helped Us Close More Deals with Better Visibility

What do you like best about the product?
One of the recent features I’ve really appreciated is the improved forecasting tools and pipeline visibility. It’s become much easier to track deal progress and identify which opportunities need attention. I also like the tighter integration with Slack—it makes cross-team collaboration more seamless, especially during deal cycles. The new Einstein Activity Capture has also been a big win, automatically syncing emails and calendar events so reps can focus more on selling and less on manual updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a robust platform, but it can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always intuitive, and navigating through complex objects or setting up custom reports can be time-consuming without prior experience. Additionally, the cost can add up quickly when you start layering on add-ons or customizations. Better in-app guidance or simplified onboarding for smaller teams would definitely enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are handling the customer in 9 Asian countries with the help of salesforce. We are tracking our customers and their engagement for a better customer hassle-free experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily customize our org with code less automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly better organizational features for setup, easier to navigate and group things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our custom business practices unique to us had all been easily achievable with custom flows, lightning pages, objects etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows and Automation are extremely scalable and flexible. Creating any task or workflow or process is very easy and structured. Monitoring the tracking of the tasks are also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much coding is required for developer tasks. The lightning version is difficult to adopt for someone who has used Classic a lot in the past successfully and easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to End customer lifecycle management. Managing the entire revenue structure in reference to Lead gen to the closure of opportunities to onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
