It is easy to use, considered an industry standard, integrates seamlessly with all other Salesforce products, and offers a high level of customization.

The ui and ux for bringing sales emails to salesforce is subpar to other products

Enabling our sales team to access all of our product availability data and price books has been invaluable. It allows us to create useful and actionable opportunities that seamlessly integrate with all our other business areas.

Managing all customer data is very straightforward, and the ability to use this information for cross-functional and downstream purposes really simplifies things for everyone involved.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has several notable drawbacks. Its high price point, steep learning curve, and overall complexity can be challenging for many users. Additionally, relying on the cloud raises some security and privacy concerns. There is also the possibility of incurring extra expenses for add-ons and customizations, and advanced configurations often require significant technical expertise.

It is helping to manage data in a single location, unlike the legacy app where data was scattered everywhere, which often compromised its quality and integrity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up Salesforce Sales Cloud, thanks to a lot of out-of-the-box objects. I also appreciate the pre-built objects and automations, which save me a lot of time by simplifying the building process.
