Salesforce sales enabler
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud allows for our sales team to engage customers quickly. With the single source of truth guiding users, we are prepped for success
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would say is ensuring your change management plan accounts for all the features and functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to define who to call and when to call along with what to talk about

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce is always innovating their products and identifying new ways for sales teams to connect to customers. On particular, I love the Kannan boards and the sales path aspects of opportunity management.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my biggest pet peeves about Salesforce, in general, is the need to re-brand/re-name the same product over and over again. Additionally, it seems that it is difficult to truly get that 360 degree view of a customer when needing. To connect to other ERP systems, like SAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is providing us with a tool to be able to start tracking our customers interactions in an easier wAy, without keeping our interactions in email.

Sales Cloud provides our team with the essential infrastructure and tools we need to achieve success and generate strong pipeline results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the inability to more natively pull multiple objects into report types.

What do you like best about the product?
By far, the intuitive ease of use is the greatest selling point for Salesforce in general. This includes ease of user experience for our sales reps, the self service analytics and report options for managers and object configuration to enhance the sales and support of sales experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowledge is used heavily in our service cloud environment. Add ons such as Enablement would ideally be less cost prohibitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized data and sales processes. Our goal is to never have to leave Salesforce to perform your job.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the solution to your companies needs and the ease of use. It gives the sales team the capability to do business in one system which is always my goal
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen flows need more capabilities around a better front end UI experience. Their are a lot of limitations on what we as admins can do but salesforce constantly makes updates to help fix that

Allowing our users to have a fast, streamlined sales experience on the go on any device. Also sorting out the source of truth and the data model. It is giving the company a reason to review these things

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a good CRM. We have a sales process algorithm set up on Sales Cloud. We also customize this as per our requirements. Sales Cloud increases the sales of business easily

We have to face an issue due to the limitation of salesforce.Org slows down when the limit is hit.

Sales Cloud provides an easy in-build interface to customers. Provides some inbuild sales algorithms to perform your business. It is the best platform to interact with customers, businesses, and developers directly in one place.
I love Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the one-stop shop for my teams to access our data and make informed decisions on our business and how to move forward. It is the best tool for sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say, there isn't much I dislike about Sales Cloud. However, i do wish that some of the EAC reporting can be accessed easily within external databases within our data warehouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the CRM that binds our customers together and it allows for intelligent sales analytics. We recently rolled out sales forecasting. It's wonderful to be able to view the full lifecycle of our customers especially from the Sales perspective.
Salesforce is a solid tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is useful for tracking new leads, account statuses and account activity. At a glance you can see what has been done with the account/client and generating reports is pretty easy as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce is an awesome tool, it is a beast to learn. This is in no fault of the software though. Being such a useful tool naturally requires a lot of learning but the resources are all there to learn everything necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves new customer acquisition, interaction logging with the customer and checking account health. With several staff members that might interact with a customer, seeing who is doing what is very helpful.
It was great to work with the features provided by Salesforce cloud.
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and simple to create dashboards and extract the reports. Super helpful to automate things instead of doing it manually. Even we have the einstein dashboard, which is super in terms of details and in-depth analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Salesforce is a little expensive. It should provide the features with a variety of packages.
2. Einstein dashboard is an advance feature everyone is not familiar with this so it would be better if we make it easy to use with proper training videos.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables sales reps to establish effective communication with our prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles. Even though we can interact with the users just by checking the status of the user if he/she online or not.
