What do you like best about the product?
It is used for generating leads which then get coverts to an opportunity. And it shows entire lead to quote flow which helps drive the customers faster and skoother
What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly as compired to other CRM companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud primarily solves the lead to quote problem which usually creates problem for other CRM products. The lead to opportunity conversation is smoother in process which allows faster conversations

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud - is awesome and with ready made product any one can start sales flow without having to make customisation as it is already built to accommodate most of the sales user journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many, but if I want to call out one it needs multiple products to make the sales cloud even easier to use. As a stand-alone cloud it can do only certain sales flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity lifecycle is being is met using sales cloud. With lead scoring we now have improved our sales and productive of sales rep has increased and easy to find target audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud stands out for all the functionalities it offers to optimize and automate sales processes. One of its best features is its ability to adapt to a wide range of business needs, offering tools to customize workflows, manage leads, track opportunities, and streamline the sales process. Overall, it optimizes sales operations, increases productivity, and improves customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenges of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its complexity, especially for new users. The platform’s wide range of features can be overwhelming and require a lot of time and training to fully master. The customization options are great, but they often require the help of an expert administrator or developer, which can add to the cost. Additionally, the pricing structure can be expensive, especially for small businesses, and the system can be slow or cumbersome at times if not optimized properly. Overall, while it is powerful, it can have a steep learning curve and a high cost of ownership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves problems like lead tracking, workflow visibility, and task automation. It streamlines sales processes, improves forecasting, and saves time by automating repetitive tasks. This leads to increased productivity, better decision making, and better conversion rates, ultimately benefiting overall sales performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud for sales is a business-essential tool, without which we wouldn't be able to automate, scale and/or monitor our business. It enables us to track our business in real-time
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much apart from the sheer scale of it which can make it difficult to focus on what to improve on next but this isn't an SF issue and more an issue for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling us to track our global business in real time and provide the latest data and insights and where we need to improve and scale our efforts. Also providing excellent dashboards

There is nothing to dislike, it depends on person to person as their key requirements get on changing so it's on the individual which cloud they prefer and it's not at all related to disliking any of the cloud specifically

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has genuinely transformed our sales operations. What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface lags or requires me to refresh when viewing KPI's on dashboards; I wish this could be more automated. Also, the interface could be changed to make it easier on the eye. But otherwise excellent product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has solved significant business challenges. It organises customer information, expedites deal closures, and boosts productivity/efficiency with mobile availability and automation. It's a transformative tool that has really improved our operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sales cloud for 4 years and it I love how user friendly it is. It's interface is easy to use and friendly to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some things you still need to go into Salesforce Classic but this has improved a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our main CRM, we have lots of 3rd party app integrated like mulesoft, DocuSign, pardot just to name a few. We use it to store our customer data, market and so on.
