What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines our quote to cash process, making it easy to convert leads and create opportunities. It benefits our sales team, enhancing efficiency in creating opportunities and quotes swiftly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the new user find it’s difficult

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to solve our code-to-cash process, benefiting our sales team by creating opportunities and quotes, making it easy to convert leads and create opportunities.

Feature rich and ease of use. Appreciate that opportunity management, account planning, and other features are readily available.

The downside is on our end. Custom solutions for leads and quoting prevent us from fully leveraging it.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud incredibly useful for sales management, especially for my team as it significantly reduces repetitive data entry work. The active capture and forecasting features are particularly beneficial. Its ease of use makes day-to-day operations smoother. Additionally, integrating with Microsoft 365 has been seamless, enhancing our overall workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited out-of-the-box offerings in terms of reports and dashboards.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud reduces repetitive data entry for my sales team, providing ease of use with valuable features like active capture and forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity and ease of use through clicks, making the Salesforce experience enjoyable. The sales data efficiency and quality of work are commendable, enhancing our sales calls and team management. The lead conversion feature is particularly beneficial. Account management, contact management, and the opportunity management workflow are features that I find incredibly useful. Sales Cloud has significantly benefited us by capturing workflows, data, and insights, allowing for better team management and faster onboarding due to prior familiarity within our team.
