Amazing experience, easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Great sales funnel system, I get why the company is huge. Functionality is great, and data is nicely organized and shareable
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it's great. Asking me to say something, so I will say a cleaner look, although lightning has improved, managers stay on classic and it's annoying

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is one of the best tool for Opportunity to order process, validation rules guides users on process and restricted without making any mistake and maintains a clean procdure for invoicing the contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
User license is very high and needs to be uptodate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead conversion, restricting the Sales process and makes easy the way for invoicing.

Not much I dislike to be honest I actually have had ahead expefince and so have my client I am working on being a salesforce more positive then negative for me and clients

Salesforce is an excellent tool for businesses since it allows for integrating various mechanisms that contribute to the automation of processes, such as reports and other customer interaction tools.

I don't like Salesforce Sales Cloud, which does not have enough training material in Spanish, so it can be a language barrier when learning more about the tool's services.

It allows managing and synchronizing tasks between areas to focus on the relationship with customer administration and on monitoring key indicators for business management.

No merge and test verify in Lightning email template unlike classic, flow screens are too slow

Great CRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The User interface is very extremely easy to use. The learning curve of this tool is very minimum. The best thing about Salesforce is the ease of collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times salesforce tends to be a bit slow. The other problem that I faced was the lack of ability to receive emails on Salesforce which makes it extremely difficult at times

What do you like best about the product?
In Salesforce CRM, we used Salesforce Sales Cloud, which provides our sales users with significant potential to successfully achieve contracts by gathering a lot of valuable information, facilitating the Statement of Work (SOW) and contract procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from the cost of the user license, there is nothing else I felt the need to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using validations, our process becomes easier and more compatible at the UI level, especially with the lightning version, automating the process of converting leads to opportunities, enabling easy billing with simple clicks, and solving many more problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud acts as a centralised repository for customer and prospect information. As a CSM it allows me to store and manage data related to contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities in one place. This centralisation improves data accuracy, eliminates duplication, and gives the Customer success manager team and sales teams a holistic view of customer interactions, facilitating more personalised and targeted effort. The platform includes automated lead routing, opportunity updates, email templates, and workflow automation.
We have integrated the platform with our Hubspot marketing Hub, Intercom, and Chargebee platform. This integration ecosystem helped us to create a unified view of customer interactions across different departments and leverage data from multiple sources to enhance the process and customer experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is vast, and hence took immense effort to understand the platform. But once the platform is handy, the ROI is as expected and eases a lot of manual steps required to maintain Excel sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, we need to maintain customers' Opportunities and make quoted for renewals from time to time. As this is a collaborative task between the sales, the CSM and the Revenue team, the Excel method was unsuccessful, creating confusion and monetary loss. Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped maintain the lead and the opportunities, helping all the departments be on the same page and helping us forecast the revenue without any confusion.

It saves my login for all applications that link to Salesforce. It was easy to learn to use successfully. Helps me set reminders to reach out to a customer. Allows me to message my boss or inside sales effortlessly

A better way to build charts and graphs.
