What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is very helpful for my role when it comes to prospecting. I have all the necessary information of the prospects so i can connect to them. What i like most about it is the ability to check for any duplicates lead that really saves me time specially if the lead already has an owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am having issues with Salesforce sometimes where i need to refresh it from time to time because it is not showing the dashboards or reports. That is about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is very beneficial for my role when it comes to prospecting. All the necessary information that i need to connect to the prospect is available. It also solved issues when it comes to duplicate leads by using smart search.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. It has all the history of my leads and helps me track them to get closure. It is integrated with other tools making everything automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a little boring, I feel the UI should be more attractive which makes our working fun!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me track all my leads with all the history like first contact, whenever I connected them, and can check all the emails shared with them, their opportunity amount, lead owner history, etc.

There are times that Salesforce is lagging and unabe to use it so we need to do some alternative way to check our leads.

I can perfectly check the status of the leads and updating me what's happening on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helped me a lot when it comes to working on my new leads prospect. It's user friendly and information can be easily accessed/viewed and making sure it's secured at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce is there are time that the system is not working properly. Hoping if there's a scheduled maintenance, issues/problems can be fixed right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Salesforce Sales Cloud, I am able to manage my leads/prospect properly. It accelerates my productivity in order for me to get more deals or become successful with my goal.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best of Salesforce Sales Cloud is the impressive reporting possibilites of the CRM platform. The new levels of agility with Salesforce lightning is phenomenal as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that updating notes in bulk for Salesforce could be a lot easier. Another tool that I have used that I think Salesforce could easier do is like Scratchpad:update opportunity notes in bulk so Account Executives can focus on other important factors of the sales cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best CRM with the least amount of friction. Great levels of agility for me as I can view from anywhere: my computer, phone or tablet. The most automation, so sales reps can focus on other factors of the sales cycle.

Salesforce is easy to understand tool that heled me on my everyday work. mayit be for searching for an account or creating an account it is easy to use adn understand

Lag times, sometimes some of the tabs won't work.It takes time for the lead to open at times and wait times take a while before we can open a lead or update informations of our leads

it helped us to save notes, update details of our customers prior to handing off the leads to our Rspoective Account Executives. It also helped us save to save details for future uese
