What do you like best about the product?
Being able to show the business the insights through sfdc capabilities and contibute the decision making process at different levels
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to measure stage changes at opportunities module in an easy way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking marketing strategies, enable business reviews, centralice clinical planning and account segmentation

What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple to use! I love how well it integrates with my stack of other Sales tools. It's really user friendly also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's really simple to use for everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record tracking and keeping all of my data in one place. We used to have so many silos that we were able to Solve by having Salesforce in place.

What do you like best about the product?
Better management of sales and it helps out org to grow the revenue

Everything is perfect and we love using sales cloud

It helps us to track the progress of revenue and we are using sales cloud to reach out to the customers to follow up on the upcoming products we sell.

What do you like best about the product?
The view, the options that exisitng, we are using muli features there Nd keep tKing more and more
What do you dislike about the product?
Not handling complex issues, but for that we have the we are using CPQ and sime modifications. The process to understand if they are scaleless and isagea are hard so we don’t try all the time to use out of the box features

What do you like best about the product?
From an IT prospective its easy to configure. Fornthebteamnitsnprrsenting the data in a clear and easy to is format the team can use and take action on.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the sales team perspective, it's entering data into the system. And from a back office, perspective it getting the right amount of data for actionable insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the future, I hope that we can enable more AI capabilities to enhance the system, and have it work for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, it's extremely user friendly that even sales reps who otherwise struggle with systems and CRMs are capable of going through the entire sales process to completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, it's very customizable. The thing I would say is kind of an issue for us is having to create the same field in accounts, leads and opps in order for them to map to each other Instead of automatically creating the field in all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making the sales process simple, accessible and streamlined for our business and our sales representatives. When other CRMs in the past have made it complicated.

What do you dislike about the product?
The vastness of the sales cloud offering and the lack of information on what van I do more ! This could be improved by many knowledge and feature snippets shares shoch can be leveraged by users.

Harmonize infomation and bringing many functions together on same platform reducing data and information loss

I love Flow! It's seriously the best part of Sales Cloud that allows me to create and automate processes for my users!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to learn and harder to master. Make it easier and consolidate!

Keeping data in one place, works well with integrations like HubSpot and Domo

Customer 360 view helping in customer retention and management. Excellent sales enablement tool.

New enhancements are rapidly added but same time, existing ones are deprecated and may or may not be adequately mapped to a new one.
