Smooth Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Navigation is smooth, whether you're new to this or a seasoned user everything is at your fingertips. If you cant find it there's a whole community at the ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Love the product and would recommend to anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content loads much faster and more efficiently vs previous iterations we've used.

How versatile it is, we can do all kinds of different things and customize it to meet the needs of our company. It can fit any type of company, which is great

Complexity of options, it is sometimes hard to identify best practices and not clutter the view for users by displaying too many buttons

I like the tool, it has helped us measure our reps and know where are the opportunities of the business we can improve. The level of customization you can do is awesome, and how you can save time and ensure you know where your leads and prospects are is incredible

Adoption is always a challenge, the tool is great but making changes and ensuring all users are using it is always challenging

Incomparable with other CRM's
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability is unmatched when comparing Salesforce to their competitors. As someone who has been an admin on Salesforce and other platforms, Salesforce is lightyears ahead when it comes to its ability to match the unique processes of a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Salesforce is so customizable, there isn't a lot of guidance on the "best" approach to take. A lot of times, there's really no guidance at all. If someone is not trained as a Salesforce admin, it is nearly impossible to setup on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is allowing us to track our deals, including managing our pipeline and closed business, more effectively than ever before. Combined with the reporting features of Sales Cloud, we are gaining enhanced insight that we have never been able to see.

The sales pipeline and the sales forecast are very useful for our business.

The campaign could do more about tracking the social things.

Useful. Visibility to see sales pipeline. Better than excel.
Great tool for managing our sales follow up
What do you like best about the product?
Easy view of your account & contact with the mist important details on the top of thr page, allows for auick outreach! The tasks and outreach history are also easily accessible for a quick review and crafting an action plan for the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too many clicks to accomplish something, edit some data.

Scheduling the followup with the accounts!

What do you like best about the product?
The question is not if Salesforce can do it but rather how. We heavily leverage the standard objects but we've also embraced custom objects to create streamlined processes that enable sales to do their entire job in Salesforce. We've levered appexhange partners to improve our lead referrals as well as automate sales processes. The goal is let technology drive your experience to close more and close faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is our greatest problem and I feel like either we don't have proper governance or we don't have to guidance we need to enable a solid data governance model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead automation and driving sales behavior as well as supporting our ancillary sales and service flows. Our productivity increases when we have sales using the defined processes which we are trying to enforce through automation.

Ease of use, customizability, ability to learn the cloud with Trailhead, and more!

Cost, particularly for integration users vs real users

Assisting Sales team members in collaboration, customer 360 view, opportunity tracking, connecting business with B2B selling tools

This is the Cadillac crm. I could not live without the salesforce, sales cloud! Amazing in every way, shape and form.

Honestly, nothing! And that is my honest answer.

Pipeline management, lead management tool, and account management. The dashboards make my life easy.
