Life changing for a businesses growth and success
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows you to have your data in one place to make better informed business decisions. It also empowers your sales reps to work more efficiently by minimizing their efforts to perform sales procedures and make informed decisions about sales engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it encompassed more features of other clouds without adding costs to our service. I want all the features in order to continue the evolution of our sales team and to allow for better, more informed business decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our reps to have a better picture into their pipeline, and giving them insights into the best leads and opportunities to be successful.
Salescloud is the foundation for driving you pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked on Sales cloud with different customers for a combined 10 years starting as a sales rep and transition to a salesforce admin. Salesforce gives us the flexibility to mold sales cloud into each businesses unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's important to have the right team implement and manage Salesforce for the long term. Without the r8ght folks, salesforce can feel clunky and hard to use. With the right team it can far exceed expectations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramping up new reps onto the platform and aligning sales goals. We're able to track the velocity of deals and identify which reps and processes are moving the ball forward.

What do you like best about the product?
By using Sales Cloud, users can work independently on there own goals and objectives while still cohesively accomplishing overall company goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead conversion process could be more customizable to better meet needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One space for all pieces of the puzzle to be found on all leads, opps, contracts, etc. no need to have multiple places to store or communicate info

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is and also how user friendly it is! It has helped streamline processes and cut out the admin work for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can get a bit technical if I am setting up custom reports and such. But there a bunch of tutorials to help if I ever get stuck on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cutting down the admin work and helps me keep track of all of my conversations. I never forget the last time I talked to a customer or what I sent or they requested. It's great!
Changes your entire org for the better
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about sales cloud is everyone being on the same page and knowing where to find information that helps with their role. There is no product that compares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I'm sure there are more resources to drive adoption that I need to dig into.

It's solving pipeline tracking for MBRs.

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped our organization unlock our company data to help understand our customers. The insights we are able to find help us out manuever our competition to win more business. The ease of use when designed Sales Cloud allows us to use metrics specific to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a large financial investment needed with Sales Cloud, but the benefits help to see the ROI quickly

Sales Cloud allows our team to identify the right customers to target in the best way to manage their time

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using Sales Cloud for years and it's been a great help for our team. We especially love being able to go back to years ago to track where our relationships first started by reading past emails and interactions. It'll only keep getting better!

Setup can be overwhelming, but with the right knowledge you can adjust it to your business needs.

Communicating with other teams which prospects we are already interacting with
The best to manage sales on a global scale
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the versatility and extendability of the solution. Having more than 100k people globally, it quickly allows us to understand what other business units and markets are working on and identify overlaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes new features come at extra price, also it is becoming way too complex to handle - thanks for introducing flows to help with that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to gain a global overview. If a lead comes from the other side of the world I can quickly identify who might be already in touch with the client in a different market.
How are you selling without Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud gives Sales reps everything they need to successful. Managing deals in motion and reporting on those deals is critical. Salesforce Pipeline Inspection does this easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the telephony platform was a part of the Sales Cloud offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is solving the problem of making sure things don't slip through the cracks. Leads, deals, customers, etc. are all managed well in Sales Cloud
