What do you like best about the product?
Ui, console, ease of navigation. Salesforce is improving every bit of it every release. Now with agentforce sales, I’m impressed

Nothing, it’s good to see how Salesforce is improving it everytime

What do you like best about the product?
This has become the engine for my sales organization. It's highly configurable and flexible, allowing us to adapt it to our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't enough user features available out of the box, but I have noticed that things are gradually improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool offers effective pipeline management along with automated engagement capture, making it easier to track and organize interactions throughout the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how well the marketing and sales cloud integrates, especially its flexibility to connect with tools outside of the app exchange. The platform is also easy to navigate and customize, making it accessible even for those without a technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every component has a massive price tag to it

The reporting and dashboard features are impressive. However, there is still some room for improvement when it comes to the components within the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud to be a transformative application for tracking our development team's deals and maintaining visibility with prospects. The Einstein activity capture is crucial for our business, enhancing opportunity management. I appreciate the robust automations and reporting features, which ensure smooth deal management and identify bottlenecks effectively. The innovations, especially related to Agentic AI, are impressive, making data access and task automation more efficient. Pipeline inspection and the capability to glean insights with external data sources are particularly valuable. The platform's dynamic customization and integration capabilities make it highly adaptable and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial implementation part somewhat challenging before getting trained as an admin. Over time, and with the help of Trailhead, setup has become manageable, but it still depends heavily on the level of customization our organization needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage our pipeline, maintain visibility, enhance engagement with prospects, and ensure smooth deal management with robust reporting and automation.
